So glad you’re ordering it! As far as helping him... from my experience, I can best help him by listening to what he says. But not going as far as to offer advice on how to fix it. I have this problem as well. And I’ve been actively working to remedy it for several months now. First, I am always reminding myself that I was taught to react this way (my dad had a temper, and his dads dad and so on...). That this anger is not “me”. I second the notes app! I have a folder specifically for gift ideas with a different note for every person I regularly give gifts to. I started this last year and this past Christmas went so well!

How did your husband help you accept having you MiL over every other day? I want all of my relationships to be meaningful and loving but I resist my MiL so much! She hasn’t really done too much for me to feel this way either. Our first baby is 6 months old right now.
