I am taking the gym more than seriously. I actually already train in a 6 times a week push-pull-legs scheme. Don't forget though , i'm dutch and quite tall. Also when i said im skinny, i meant compared with the bigger guys in the gym. I am actually quite big for guys my age. Thanks for the reply though.
