Right you are about nutrition, but I'm a pretty healthy eater as it is. Soda and sweets have never been a problem, but still Ill try to be conscious of my diet. My goal is to make this a daily ritual, a way of life, if you will. Eventually it will be second nature. I appreciate all your help and motivation

This has also been therapeutic. It seems a lot simpler now and very clear. I hope you don't mind I took it a little farther than you instructed. The 6 month plan: Fitness -lose 15 pounds and tone up -wake up work out (light-cardio excercise) -dedicate exercise time for after work (various regiments) -50* push-ups/crunches every 30 minutes on Xbox/tv/computer -50* push-ups/crunches every time I leave my house -20* pull-ups everytime I leave my room * = incremental increases over time Finance -sav…

Your right, I need to suck it up and leave her alone. It has never lasted long in the past but I need to commit to the lifestyle. I just look at RPW and they're still women, but they talk about deliberately trying to fight their programming, appreciate their man, etc. I thought that mindset could somehow be instilled.

I appreciate your response, though I'm curious as to why you'd deduce that I have daddy issues? I stated that bringing up TRP to my SO was a big mistake, the biggest in my relationship, if I'm quoting myself correctly, and lifting is something I also said I want to do but lack the motivation. I've read the recommended reading in the side bar and some of it I read often as a refresher. But I know what you mean; lifting is essential to self improvement, and I will put more effort into that area th…
