Sexist comedienne gets owned over recent London terror attacks. That's a good insight, and it got me thinking. I think there's a very strong explanation for why so many successful movements get taken over by extremists as time goes on. I think it's not that moderates become extremists, but because moderate members of a movement participate less or drop out entirely once their own goals are achieved. Let's look at animal welfare activists for a prime example. A lot of people were interested in animal welfare when it was a matter of educating people about spay… | /r/MensRights | 06/06/17 11:33 PM
Makes my blood boil. This is what feminism looks like. That data is only for federal prisoners, and there were more violent offenders in state prisons than in federal prison. | /r/MensRights | 21/05/17 02:07 AM
Makes my blood boil. This is what feminism looks like.Based on a cursory glance at the stats, yes. It's really hard to nail down specifics, but it seems to be around 1.8 to 2 million in jail in the US, compared to ~1 million convicted for non-violent crimes. Couldn't find stats on only men, but since men are ~93% of the prison population the stats for men are basically going to be the same as the stats overall. For women specifically, though the source is dated: 40% of criminal convictions leading to incarceration of women in 2000 were for drug cri… | /r/MensRights | 20/05/17 11:15 PM
Makes my blood boil. This is what feminism looks like.I decided to look up the article: Essentially, the case for closing women’s prisons is the same as the case for imprisoning fewer men. It is the case against the prison industrial complex and for community-based treatment where it works better than incarceration. But there is evidence that prison harms women more than men, so why not start there? Any examination of the women who are in U.S. prisons reveals that the majority are nonviolent offenders with poor education, little employment experien… | /r/MensRights | 20/05/17 09:48 PM
Women and girls already have many exclusive things like Girl Scouts. But God forbid when boys have Boy Scouts.Well, common sense says so, but common sense also says that the sun goes around the Earth. Common sense gets a lot of things wrong, even if it does get plenty right. | /r/MensRights | 04/05/17 08:49 PM
Women and girls already have many exclusive things like Girl Scouts. But God forbid when boys have Boy Scouts.Okay, that's pretty solid. You should lead with that next time. | /r/MensRights | 04/05/17 08:43 PM
| -1 | Women and girls already have many exclusive things like Girl Scouts. But God forbid when boys have Boy Scouts.Do you actually have numbers and studies, or by "the fact is" do you mean "my opinion is"? | /r/MensRights | 04/05/17 08:34 PM |
Women and girls already have many exclusive things like Girl Scouts. But God forbid when boys have Boy Scouts.I was a boy scout in a good area, and we still had a decent number of fights between boys trying to show off, without any girls around. Fairly violent ones, for kids that age. My parents actually made me quit because I got into the middle of a fight between two other boys after a meeting. The winner, for whatever fucked up reason, decided he was going to spit in the losers mouth to teach him a lesson, and I pulled the winner off the loser because I thought that was just way too fucked up to not … | /r/MensRights | 04/05/17 07:31 PM
TIL feminist play "The Vagina Monologues" celebrates the statutorily rape of a 13 year old girl by a 24-year-old woman, describing it as a "positive, healing experience" and a "good rape".RINO: A Republican that another Republican disagrees with at the moment. I don't doubt that most of those at CPAC have been Republicans much longer than Milo supporters. | /r/MensRights | 21/02/17 06:31 PM
Can someone in the comments explain how this works? They definitely have those rules, but I was thinking of Bob Jones University specifically. I'm not sure how it is now, but I know they were very, very strict on dating in general, and I think they banned interracial dating entirely. | /r/MensRights | 12/01/17 07:47 PM
Can someone in the comments explain how this works?Universities that are private institutions are allowed to do pretty much anything they want within the confines of the law. There's at least one religious university (I think mormon?) that forbids men and women to spend time together off campus without a chaperone. While I don't think they should get involved in a case like this, they have the legal right to if they want to. Whether or not they should have that right is up to state lawmakers, who could pass a law against it if they wanted to. | /r/MensRights | 12/01/17 06:41 PM
Can someone in the comments explain how this works? For the sake of context on the second case, because it made so little sense I figured there had to be more to it: According to CSU-Pueblo’s internal investigation, obtained by CBS4, the woman told an investigator, “Grant was lying on top of me and I told him that I did not want to have sexual intercourse with him that is unprotected because I am not on any birth control. Although I told Grant no, Grant ended up penetrating me … and I told him to stop. He stopped and pulled out from me immediatel… | /r/MensRights | 12/01/17 06:14 PM
SJW'S glue Jordan Petersons office door shut preventing him seeing patients, imagine if an MRA had done this to a feminist professorRemember that crazy woman who scratched a backwards B on her face and said that an Obama supporter did it? At this point, I don't make any assumptions about politically motivated crime. Unless the perpetrator is caught, you don't know if they're an idiot being childish and vandalizing their enemies, or an idiot being childish and vandalizing their own side to make their enemies look like vandals. Or even a third party that hates both sides. | /r/MensRights | 03/11/16 03:53 PM
Women giving advice, giving women advice and you.You said it. Women like confident, attractive, strong men who don't need them. They want a man to be a man. If a man is nice on top of all that, they LIKE that. Those are the guys they want to hold on to for the rest of their life (regardless of your intentions). If you are nice because you are too weak to be anything but nice, that's just being a pushover. Kindness is a fallback strategy for men who have nothing else to offer. Women don't reject kindness, they reject weakness. If you are kind b… | /r/seduction | 30/10/13 12:46 AM
