Start by building a network of like minded friends. Male and Female. It also gives you Pre-selection, and Social proofing yourself to Potential matches. The key is to be confident around people, and learn social skills and cues. This will also helps in managing your relationship succesfully down the line, when the Front Game gets easier and you struggle with Mid Game or End Game.

No one was born with natural abilities. You either grow into it, or acquire it through quests. Like Final Fantasy.

Talk and give hints. Like flirting. Then escalate from there.

I had a mild lower back pain before from incorrect sitting posture and from soccer. Did yoga for 2 weeks and it helped tremendously.

Don't share with her, share it with your male friends who can actually be supportive of your logical problems. Bring to her problems that you think she might be able to help you instead of just ranting.

Younger guys have to rely on game to pick up women unfortunately.

Same thing happened with my ex. No "Thank you", no "Sorry". Always me, me, me.

To be honest, I didn't really learn how to be a man even after turning 30, and it took a good 5-6 more years to really be comfortable in my own skin. Men has to pay with blood sweat and tears and tremendous hard work and dedication to have decent internal values. Women tend to take all of that for granted, either the man tick all or most of their boxes or don't. The thing is, behaviors and thinking can all be change, but not in the comfort of a safe zone. If he's TOO nice, I'd recommend the book…

You are the inspirational leader here, and from my experience, guiding and being supportive is how you bring people up. Complaining and berating only put them down. Also, if a guy is ambitious and driven, he wouldnt have much time for you, so you can self-assess the trade off what you really want and look at the big picture here.

My gf is also like you. It takes her like a year to revert back to her feminine side, and it still takes a lot of small adjustment and reminding just to be able to switch back.

Been there myself. They always have a backup. And if you play your card right, the backup can become the main. If you can't give her a reason to switch, then don't hang around too long.

Because she didn't have enough interest in your look or persona. Next.

You're doing it wrong. Chase but don't be over eager in everything. Women are experts in reading IOI signals. So send some and wait for replies.

This is so true. After 3 years of applying TRP I got bored of women and their shallow personalities, I finally found a probable soul mate and got more time riding my motorbikes and playing soccer. I still get the attentions from women but finding a good woman that tick "most" of the boxes is pretty hard tbh. But now life is a million times better than when I first got out of a LTR and beta asf.

It's not a bad thing really. I used to be super friendly to everyone but over time I've learnt to be more selective who I talk to. You don't necessarily want to vibe w everyone dude, that's inviting convos that you may not want to start.

They dont have issues. It's you who tries hard to be nice and may come accross as needy or creepy. I go to the gym to work out bro, not to be nasty or anything.

I'm in a sort of similar boat to you. In Western country I pulled less than what I am able to pull in my home country. Gets down to the rule of average everywhere you go. Recently I have adapted to upholding a strong frame and abundance mentality (lesson learned from a rejection recently). But thanks to the rejection I have been reminded again of the Red Pill and how it holds true in social situation. Either chicks will be into Asian or they don't. And your culture is the biggest barrier to your…

Not quite along the same line as OP, but I came up w this: "Don't put her on a pedestal, put her on the spot!".

Most guys stay a virgin until their early 20s. Some even hold their V-card until their late 20s. And there is a reason you're still a virgin because of many factors, dont hold yourself against it. When it come it'll come. Just think about what would you do when the moment come, one step at a time and make it a good moment when it does happen.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
