You say that like there aren't plenty of fathers who aren't also totally paranoid about predators..... Honestly does it REALLY matter? Besides taking pictures of the birds (taking pictures of people in public without their permission is super uncool regardless of location and age) and people watching what reason does anyone have to go to a playground anyway without a kid? There is zero real impact besides the occasional guy who does what happened in this article so why it really matters is beyon…

in a way that's worse than being molested And then Not to mention that paranoid adults are filling children with needless terror. Do you really not see the hypocrisy here?

It just says if you have children with you. Pretty sure nannies or aunts and uncles or anyone watching a child can bring the kid to the park

There's lots of taxpayer funded programs you have to qualify for. Welfare, Medicare, Medicaid, food stamps, housing assistance, pell grants, the list goes on.

I wonder if these women would be happy if their boys turned out to be stereotypical gay men, into fashion and decorating and all those things. At the same time, I doubt that what this article describes is particularly common. Most people may have a mild preference because of the relationship they envision with a certain gendered child (not just mother daughter, father-son, but also momma's boys and daddy's girls), but most parents are still normal human beings capable of unconditional love for t…

Eh i doubt youre equally as afraid. Youre forgetting that your average female is probably only going to be as strong or weaker than anyone who may try to attack them. Just look at the comments around this thread of guys who have been in self defense classes and the girls couldnt overpower them or escape them during practice. You at least stand a chance of being as strong or stronger. Not saying that you shouldnt be afraid. You have the right to your feelings regarding anything especially your ow…

thats so sad but at the same time, if the victim doesn't wanna press charges, no matter what the age difference, the abuser gets away with it. I can only hope that they are okay with their decision and the consequences. But if someone is pressing charges and going through with it and insisting on it, going against an abuser in their family, which I can only imagine is terrifying, then it should be taken damn seriously.

I'm confused are you saying they basically ignored it just because he was only three years older than her???? That doesnt make sense, abuse is abuse. Or did he get lesser punishment because he was younger?

It sounds to me you were too drunk to say no so the fact that you didn't resist doesn't mean its not sexual assault. I would be a little softer on her cuz she was drunk too if it weren't for the fact that shes CLEARLY crazy. You also said she drove so she shouldn't have been drunk enough that she could use that as an excuse.

I do agree that men getting so much less time with their children after a divorce is a problem, but things like this really do need to be as flexible as possible to make the best situation.

The blow job was certainly sexual assault no doubt in my mind. The sex....well you followed her....but you stop detailing there so I wouldnt be able to say.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
