Try doing hammer curl instead.

Try to increase the frequency at which you hit every muscle group, while reducing the amounts of sets involved per muscle group. I personally hit my whole body 6 days a week, but with only 2-3 sets per bodypart per workout. Works like a charm since you get a steady growth response in your muscle instead of being a once a week growth response in a body split like yours.

Nah women should rather own a bullshit job working as a secretary making 60k a year while licking her boss' balls to make ends meet. Sounds legit.

Ain't going to happen since for even one to obey such a social construct requires a constant thoughtfulness, fighting off his instinct in the process. Now multiply that process to the billions of humans we are and you quickly realize it is deem impractical. Better to just enjoy the decline. (Yes I'm a cynical individual)

Your boss won't care nor respect you if you're the loyal hardworker. But he will respect you if you can instill dread in him by having interviews for other jobs for instance. Just like with female. Competition anxiety prevails.

Never heard of that. What kind of effect does it provide?

And MOST importantly, your androgens receptors are increased dramatically when you no fap. Which enables you for a better growth response in your muscles, among other things.

I can relate to that feeling. I've even gone as far as to put aside people that would drag me down, dad included. Imo it's all about realizing what you really want out of your life. Personally, the thing I struggle with the most is combining ambition and happiness. Since they're kind of a dichotomy... How can one be at the same time ambitious, yet content/happy about what he has. Another thing I can mention is that personally, whenever I achieve a goal I had set, I feel good for a day or so. It'…

Ask me how I manage to work 80h/week on top of that. In all seriousness, my workouts are pretty relaxed. We're speaking 4 working sets per muscle. So the volume is very low, but the increased frequency (i.e. every 48h) makes for a steady growth response in your muscle.

So I've been doing an upper/lower split 6x a week for a whole year and I love it. Low volume per muscle since they're being hit every 48h obviously, but the gains are staggering. If you want any specifics about my program, let me know.

Well if your medical condition allows you to push heavy but low reps, prefer that over bodyweight exercise as these won't make your muscle grow beyond a very limited amount.

Ok. And what are your goals with your training program? Because doing pushups won't trigger a muscle growth response for long.

Go read about it. Counter-intuitive yet it works. The fact is, when you don't consume enough carbs, your body will convert fat into carbs. Part of those fat will come from your food intake, the rest will come from your stored fat.

You want to lose fat? Simple, drop your carbs intake and increase your fat intake. Make it a 50/25/25 split where 50% of your calories come from fat, 25% from carbs and prot. Also, adjust your total caloric intake accordingly so that you're near your daily total energy expenditure. I've done this and I've lost 16lbs in 2 months, while gaining a bit of strenght in the process.

Trp is amoral. Who are we to tell you what's right or wrong? You do you. A simple transaction in which sex is involved. If that's what you want and you feel it brings an upside to your life, do it. Otherwise don't. Simple as that.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
