I've been there. Mine didn't work out so well at first, but I'm glad I tried. Heck, in these situations you really don't have too much to lose, so I were to give any advice it would be focus on your finals; if anything you've got something to talk about... and if she's really into that class that might be a bonus.

It's one of those weird situations. I CAN get a girlfriend, I'm really charismatic and zesty, but I don't feel like it's right to commit to a relationship. My ex attempted suicide behind my back; 16 days from now it'll be a year since we've broke up. I have really shitty commitment problems now. 18M

I'm a HUGE social introvert, so I really have problems keeping me in that socializing zone. Despite that, my roommates have got me covered in that situation. One of the things they've noticed is that I'm a morning person. Cool beans, right? Well, according to them, so long as I stick to "being a morning person", I end up with more energy. But, then again, I get the same feeling with anything within my comfort niche (i.e. I AM Mr-Fucking-Clean) so at parties I find myself asking if anything needs…

I'm very selective about what I tell girls. For example, if they ask what I do for fun I tell them I play some mean Ukulele hip-hop. That is true. And it's hella fun to see them react to it ;) Tip of the trade here is to go out and do stuff. Even if you failed with the unicycle, you can at least say you tried, which helps along conversations better than lying, imo.

Without everything else you need its going to be a bit of bad news. Personality usually overrides it though in most cases.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
