Wish some people on here embraced being a grey man more. Yeah scale models. I usually go for 1/35 scale for military models. Small enough that you can build a bunch and not struggle for space to display them but big enough to have a decent amount of detail to them. Revel are a good brand to look for, not crazy expensive and they make pretty much anything you can think of.
