10	The 3 Second rule and why its so important to follow it. This 3 second rule is pretty amazing, not just for seduction now that I think about it. Everytime you're just procrastinating or just bumming around and an idea pops up in your mind or you need to do something you should act on it right away before your mind has the time to tell you 'nahh let's not do that you can't do it anyway' or 'I'll just do that later' or something like that. 0	How is this legal? They probably both started at like $50 or maybe even $75. Then it went up as more tickets were sold. It's just that the tickets for guys sold out much faster than the tickets for girls and they don't want it to become a sausage fest so they jack up the price for guys to try and get an even balance.
