I'm no chef...I like making things that a quick and easy. I purchased an indoor grill.....I grill my proteins..ie chicken breast or steak...and have it with brown rice or salad.... Pasta is easy to make... Baking fish is also easy... you'd be surprised how much you can make with basic knowledge off youtube...
