That's Rape Culture.I think what u/smallworries1 is trying to say is that under the current law, if a man forces someone to have sex with him, he receives a punishment of (for hypothetical purposes, let's say) 10 years. If a woman forces someone to have sex with her, she only receives a punishment of 5 years.
