I had an attorney and I'm sure there was an actual report but the officer basically said that because I was in military that it could easily effect my being able to operate firearms if she comes back with he "assualted me". So I just left it alone. My lawyer said we could bring it up worst case scenario in the divorce but then the judge would ask why I didn't press charges initially. So it wouldn't help much.
