1	can cardiovascular exercise make up the bulk of my exercise or is that a cardinal sin on here? I ran a 5x5 seen crazy strength gains at the start. I find mixing up the rep ranges on different days works best once you’ve established some good strength though. If progressive overload isn’t doing much for you now maybe try a periodisation plan. Just do a light 5k a few times a week but make sure your doing full body weight training 3 times a week. 1	How the hell do some of you lift so hard? Sounds like your not eating enough carbs. You need energy to gain strength especially if you’ve been lifting for so long. Changing rep ranges helps as well. Lower the weight and increase the reps on another day and then go back to the lower rep ranges you’ll probably make progress that way. 7	Tired of starving myself and not having results. Confused about diet... 1500cal is way to low. A guy your size should be having around 2000-2500 and be losing weight depending on muscle mass.
