Only thing dangerous about you is your degree of self delusion. The post sucked so bad it was comical.

You are Will Ferrell from Wedding Crashers, only the serious version. Horns nailed it. You're a lazy, scared doc. What's next? Handicapped widows without kids. Take your bullshit somewhere else.

Blow jobs are only for when i lose my erection ... Your erection isn't the only thing you've lost, Bub. Read the books on the sidebar. Put in the work. You are causing a problem and then getting upset about it. You don't even know what you're doing wrong. This is on you.

OYS 22 Stats - Late 40’s. 6'3" 199 lbs. 18.3% bf (Strongur). Wife late 40’s. Married 10 years with 3 kids under 10. Physical / Health - Current 5X5 workout: DL 165, SQ 140, BP 140, BR 130 and OP 100. I know these suck. I have lifted 3-7 days per week for the last six months with poor nutrition. I’m tracking my protein starting this week. I started Stronglifts 2 months ago and am following it by the book. I realize from watching the videos that I’d been half squatting. My goal is to bench my body…

It's not simple Candyman. Hence the long answers and ball busting. The answer to all of your questions starts with It depends. You have to learn how to be and to a lessor extent, when to do what. Read the sidebar. And STFU until you understand the game you are playing.

Go to the askMRP page. Click on the three dots in the upper right of the page. Select Community Info and read it. This is the sidebar. Read it and the books there. Your entire mindset about how to interact with women is wrong. The way you are currently acting, you won't be able to stay with any quality woman which is why she is withdrawing. You are unattractive. It will take hard work to begin to unfuck yourself.

Yes ive been working out for a year - ive gained 24 lbs of weight and some is muscle. I've only gone with 5x5 for a few weeks. I was doing 4x10 and not seeing gains. Without the power rack i can only squat what i can overhead press on and off. Without a bench with arms i can only bench what i can sit down with and get back up with. Power cage and 5x5 should really help. My lifts suck and im posting them because thats where i'm at working out from home. My gym lifts were more but its not what im …

Marriage #1 Waited 5 yrs. Two masters degrees. Wealthy family. Good earner. Great with money. Organized. Had doubts about it deep down. Lame marriage Marriage 2 Waited 10 months. No degree. I have a habit of turning arguments into talk fests. It’s a very old habit that is engrained in me. I’ve been trying to break it, and have done so on a few occasions, especially if the behaviour exhibited is just flat out inappropriate. I attempted to break that habit again on Saturday night. Some minor thing happened that was blown out of proportion, so I withdrew my attention (I went to go do work for an hour). I didn’t execute it particularly well. Back to shitty today after she tested to see if I'd maintain my position on not buying a house again this morning. Has been a lot of negativity from wife recently about we don't meet, she doesn't feel connected and hence she doesn't want to be close etc etc. This may be key. You're not attractive to her. List your full stats and body size. And . . . what are you doing to be the oak. To be a source of strength when her mood is off. That may help her connect. What techniques do you employ when she shit tests you?

out saying, "there are plenty of other options for me if our sex life doesn't work out." This doesn't sound like dread. It may lead to hysterical bonding where sex improves immediately and then you're back to square one (been there) in a week or two. Work on your delivery to make it more subtle.

You are behaving like a low value man. That leads to low value outcomes. And low value women If you want a high value woman. Fix your shit and give your wife a chance to get there. Or man up and divorce. Banging chicks isn't hard. Being an attractive high value man is hard work Put in the work Do you really not understand this or are you just trolling? I think you may be confusing status and value. Status can be bought or taken. Value/class can not be bought.
/r/askMRP29/11/19 04:02 AM

You're associating attention from women with value. Value is inherent and a way of being. Getting validation and bragging about it means you dont get the concept of value. Your frame is weak. And you'll repeat your past mistake Oh. Edit. Cheating on your wife behind her back. Low value. Man up and divorce her or try to get right. I married a 5'11" half Ethiopian woman with daddy issues. Hot and crazy. Two of my favorite traits in women. She was somwhat submissive for the year we dated. Once the ring came on, that changed. Our relationship is now like her parents. Strained. Date this woman for a while. Dont rush into anything. You may have abusive tendencies if shes attracted to you. Many black girls prefer white guys. And many stereotypes are true.

Yes you're wrong. You're transfering your anger towards your wife onto your brother. Talk to him.about it if its bothering you. That black hole may be a form of depression. Which helped us hunker down millennium ago. You must fight it proactively. Lift. Rest. Read the books to deal with your relationship. Time to learn the marital arts

He wants to have the dog for a week so he can spend time with it? I think this is a discussion with her about expectations both ways. What would she feel.comfortable with if roles were reversed? Dude needs to move along Its possible shell see how lame this is if she looks at it the other way.

1) Listen to your gut and walk . . . Or 2) realize what you're hitching your wagon to and act accordingly (let her be her with some boundary setting which shell struggle with) Those are your alpha options I think you'll ignore your gut. LTR this butterfly. Then act beta because of her past or something she does like stare at some guy - and get bitchy. I know from experience. She probably has ADHD and daddy issues. And you think you're going to change her. This is BETA. It's what you're doing and…

Were renting a smaller house with poor layout and renting out our large house in another state The plan is to get a 4 bedroom in the new city on the same floor. I think it's time they sleep in their own bed. Shes used them to distance herself at times. She still nurses our 5 yr old daughter. She weaned the boys around age 3. They move out at the end of May. About 7 weeks.

Based on the feedback, I asked her out to dinner. We got a baby sitter. It was nice. I tried to tease her a bit and compliment her on non-look items. Afterwards, we had a direct convo about sex. The kids sleep in the same room as us. So I'm unsure how to initiate without asking other than maybe asking to watch TV. Even then my 5 yr old daughter wakes up so it has to be coordinated. She offered a HJ because shes still not feeling me emotionally. I acknowledged that I'd let her down. She then offe…

What do you want? Validation? Hope? To be called a faggot? A red pilled marriage is a relationship that is full of managed tension between two imperfect people in the best possible scenario for each member of it. Man leading a woman who wants to be lead, but will fight you for it. A woman who wants to be fucked, but also wants to withhold it. A woman who wants to submit, but doesn't want to be told what to do. MRP will help provide tools to navigate these rough waters, but the tension never goes…

I think you're obsessing about her body type (and fucking chicks in general) to avoid looking at your life and doing hard work to be a high value man. It's easier of course and also shallow. Stop being a coward and set some goals for yourself beyond fucking skinny chicks. What are your goals for the kind of man you want to be?

So here's the thing I use to think work and personal should be separate. Reality is you share a little personal.info and learn about others. In the context of it could be shared with anyone there. So keep it on the surface. Relationships are important in every setting. Good luck with your interview. I have a sense you'll get the job. My advice on that is to create 3 to 5 short stories that demonstrate your key skills. Dhv just like you would attract a chick. That's what generates attraction. Wha…

I dont know Ops city although in KY there are different types of BJJ schools with different injury levels. The 2 top competing schools you're going to get hurt. And yes half the time it's a white belt who hasn't learned to roll full force. Other schools aren't as competitive. Maybe ask around or see where the cops train. Or avoid tournaments which can be hard to do

You should be networking with at least 5 new people a week. 15 minutes. Hit them w 2 min advertisement laced with dhv spikes (result and team oriented) followed by asking for advice how someone like you fits in an org like theres. Then a question or two about the industry. And who else could they recommend you talk to. Do this 30 times you'll have multiple.job offers. The same game.that applies to chicks applies to jobs. Story tell. Qualify ask them why they stay at the company. the company valu…

Lift. Like your life depends on it. Because it does. The negativity is not real. Deep down you know this. You are co-creating a negative reality because it feels familiar to some.shitty parts of your upbringing. You're a man now. You are choosing to live this way. Choose a better path.

You sound polarized in your relationship and you're putting it all on her. The post is about her behavior and short comings. In reality she's responding to your lack of leadership. You are the root cause of this problem. Read the side bar and the recommended reading order. Your insecurity will drive her away. Learn what STfU means by reading the books and do it Getting bent that shes going out with her family or friends is beta and will back fire.

Mainly bodyweight. And I led a workout with a ton of body weight squats. While I was doing a step challenge and started working out with a trainer on dumbell deadlifts. Over use injury that I tried to wait out to recover and it never did. Until I got PT involved. Working out in free weights section of gym is a different ball game. And I like it.

Basically a version of You know I'm still hurt by how our relationship started and everything that's happened. And I dont feel that way towards you emotionally. Youre a name caller and you're mean. We have to be friends again. She still has a high SMV and did when we got together. After the injury I could barely walk. Mri showed inflammed pertalla tendon. Doc said try to stay off it it wouldn't get better and hurt worse than they thought. I finally went to a PT a few weeks ago. He found my ACL was strained. The MRI missed the strained ACL. I got arch support and started doing the PT exercises. So basically no exercise for 6 months after leading the Thursdsy workouts for probably six months. The crossfit was F3 which was public mens workouts. Mainly body weight with some d…

These examples and the underlying mindset is very helpful. I took her out to dinner tonight. I initiated sex which she resisted. We had an awkward conversation about long term expectations on my part. And an acknowlwdgement that I'd let her down. We ended up having careful sex (based on her recent surgery) which broke the 7 month dry spell. Soooooo. I've got a lot to learn. I downloaded another book and will read it on the plane ride back to the city I work in. Thanks for the examples. I thought…

She has a strong negative reaction to any game. Which really means mine sucks right now. I'll work on this. Actually going stfu and not talking about sex is what led to her mentioning it last week. In back to pickup 101. Build attraction. Push pull. Gaming a chick that's pissed at you. Is hard.

I started with the bar a few weeks ago. It's nice to work with 45's although I see college girls in the gym doing that. I just took a new job in another city. My wife and kids will join me when school ends in May. My hobbies had been cross fit and my kids before I got injured about six months ago leading a workout. My hobbies are non existent. I'm lifting and going to a meditation center right now. That's about it

I've been lifting for six weeks. After laying off for months due to a strained ACL and inflammed patellar tendon. All that said, I dress well. My body language is alpha. I agree lifting helps which I'm doing 5-6 days per week, although pick up us easy for me when my head is on right. I'm getting ioi's, kino, etc from stunning women. Just not my stunning woman.

Thanks for the honesty I am lifting and reading. Half of it is regurgitated PUA info from the mid 2000's and seems contradictory. Hence the questions. I'll stay on the content and keep lifting.

I've been lifting about six weeks. 3 inches taller doesn't make me stronger, it means I have to move weight higher and further than you. Althoigh you're right, my lifts need serious work.

My understanding from.MMSL is not make that explicit yet. My question is - do I just suck it up for 8 more months?
/r/askMRP05/04/19 05:29 PM

My wife had uterine prolapse repair surgery end of January. That was the gyno procedure. I'm using free weights and have hit it hard the past 6 weeks and made good gains. I've got a long way to go. My interpretation of the MMSL is I shouldn't be asking right now. Just self improvement. She offered last week. And then said to being sick this week wasnt sure.

TC. The lifting is making me want sex more. I work in a large hospital that's 90% women. It's a target rich environment. Am I supposed to just keep grinding for 8 more months until she comes around or it's time to go? Work the dress levels?

And I realize I'm on dread level 2. That's 10. Hence the point of the question. I could counter your entire bad cop routine is dancing monkey. Dance for me bad cop. Give me a performance. I was part of a forum in the mid 2000's. We actually helped guys when we could tell they were trying. I need your help bud.

My t levels are borderline. I thought you just withdraw when she turns down sex. And putting other women on the table is like dread level 10. I'm on 2. I'm about ready to break it off into one of the dozens of stunning women i work with. How do I bridge this gap which may take 8 more months? I dont even want to be around her even though I know this is my fault.
/r/askMRP05/04/19 12:55 PM

I've been on here less than 2 months. I've had no physical intimacy for 7. I thought the book says, do not ask for sex. Work on yourself one month for every year of marriage which for me is 8 more months. So. How do I initiate sex? And then act non reactive when she puts it off? I could use some practical advice here versus ranting from someone who didn't read my post.
