Consider the military. You can get an education and a trade out of it, serious respect and if you manage it properly you can save quite a bit while you serve. Theres nothing like telling someone youre a Marine, a Legionnaire, etc. Its not for everyone but it can give you a good start in life

Do you mean link to TRP subreddit on an outside site or link to TRP from here? If its the the latter just type r/theredpill If its the former and you dont want to use the full URL, use a link shortner. Just google link shortner, google have their own one.

Its only an issue if it means you can't be assertive when you need to. Otherwise its an asset. If its a problem, try reading No More Mr Nice Guy. It seems to get good reviews

No it wont. Itll help manage some of the symptoms but it wont address the underlying cause. Thats very hard to do and most people just learn to manage their disorders, me included

You need to stop watching porn and do something thatll increase your SMV instead. Chilling in your room isnt going to get you anywhere. Start being more proactive. Start with 30 days of discipline, part of it is quitting porn and youll get yourself in shape, dressing well and working on some real projects to boost your SMV. read everything you can get your hands on and then apply it. Theres a post over on r/theredpill called 5 books to read or something like that. It has some good suggestions on…

I would recommend the Superdrive Publishing books on self improvement. 30 days, Becoming the Bull and Casual Style are the best/most practical and i like the fact that the authors are Red Pill guys. Id add the 48 laws of power, the indestrucible mind and Gorilla mindset to the list too.

Your back is not bad at all. Mine was much worse. Get a prescription for Roaccutane. Its works great. If you start lifting wear Under Armour compression tops instead of muscle tops. They wick away the sweat from your skin and stop it getting blocked. Wearing a muscle top/singlet leaves it there on your skin and can exacerbate the problem.

You can compete or co-operate. Competing is often pointless unless theres something of very high value at stake. Youre best option as u/blacwidonsfw said is buddy up with him. Alphas are very capable of respecting and being friends with other Alphas. They are at the top of the pile already so theres no need to compete unless there is something of value at stake. Its the lesser men in the group who need to compete to prove or improve their position in the group.

Wrap your arm around her and pull her into you tightly. Bite her neck or something similarly aggressive to show her what you want. Make every move very dominant, be very clear what you want. She will love being dominated

Theres an excellent bodyweight routine in Becoming the Bull. It will build muscle and get you lean on its own but its also a good foundation for when you move onto one of the weights routines in the book when you start college. The guy who wrote it pushes building a base of strength with bodyweight exercises before starting with free weights.

There was a post here on voice deepening a few days ago that had a link to some good books on eye contact, voice and body language. The link is gone now but it was from something like the sigma male program. Ill see if i can find it. There was definitely an eye contact book from the same guy who wrote the voice training one and that was good.

Try Starting Strength if youre training for strength or one of Jim Stoppani's 12 week programs on bodybuilding.com if you prefer that route. Eat a bit more in yhe proportions u/Ronin11A suggested.

Do this course. Itll give you the direction you need to start off, especially if you're bad for procrastination now. It builds some good habits and i found it easy enough to keep them going.

This. You operate on a different level from them. They may be a bit intimidated or a bit resentful, but whatever way they express it, they are essentially acknowledging you as their superior.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
