There is no winner here. If he's sixteen (in some jurisdictions) this is enough evidence to get him charged as an adult... especially if she's not sixteen. He'll get out just after he finishes university... well, he'll be that age...

No, just that one that gave us the new ghostbusters... You know, the one where the former ghostbusters had to cameo and promote at the threat of legal action... So no sexual harassment there. Just legal threats, coercion and blackmail.

I would love to know how she governed her courtroom... I wonder how many people had the book thrown at them for her personal beliefs? She seems to have her own 'interpretation' of 'how things work'...

We are, sort of, singing the same song... You could also read my question as... How can they have filters that prevent me from making 8 cents from a video of a Bon Jovi song I sang, but they DON'T have filters to prevent child porn from being uploaded? (No Bon Jovi songs were harmed during the making of this comment... And I can't sing anyways)

How the fuck is someone at YouTube not getting fired for allowing child porn on their site for 24 hours? They can filter you instantly if you post a cover song and try to monetise it. Kowtowing to their corporate masters. But a naked 11 year old boy... No problem? WTF YT?

I can't help but think that there is something nefarious behind whatever rules allow this stuff. Aside from the obvious. Somehow the language used, to allow for this kind of talk, will be used to discern between good and evil... (For evils sake of course... Or I wouldn't worry)

It's a hallmark holiday... Why would I give a crap either way?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
