Its not just a piece of skin. Not even close. The foreskin is very sensitive (im intact so i know) there are big bloodvessels going there and its full of nerves. Hello, guy from sweden here. Basically only immigrants cut their boys here. The foreskin is a VERY sensitive part of the penis (seriously, not even close to being just a flap of skin) if you would have a foreskin i bet you would never get it done later in life cause you'd realize that.
