Yes and when you are dating and the relationship is over, your heart gets broken but you pick yourself up and move on. When you are married, you get suppoenas to provide financial records, end up loosing vast amounts of money and get to pay legal fees to the attorneys attacking you. Go right ahead! Even the dumbest animals learn to avoid things that cause them harm. I have insurance for many things that are a lot less dangerous than marriage.

Even if things are great when dating, that is no guarantee the marriage will work. Too many things will change in your life. My girlfriend was fantastic, my wife was great. When the kids came, it all changed. Game over, level failed.

I think everyone has heard the “THIS IS SEXIST/ RACIST/HOMOPHOBIC” cries with no further discussion or insight enough by now. Men and women are not the same and their viewpoints and biological perspectives are different. This may be a controversial thought now but it used to be known as common sense, across cultures and throughout history. This doesn’t make them inferior, but different.

My experience is that single mothers are not looking for single fathers. They have no interest in a guy who is already supporting another woman, and has attention divided by his own children, they want all the resources for themselves.

This is only the beginning. He’s gonna need a bigger house, new car for her etc. and the house will need to be completely redone. Just wait until he realizes his paycheck is legally no longer his but theirs. Everything he buys from now on is legally half hers. She will make continual trips to the beauty shop for expensive haircuts, nail treatments, spa for pampering, eating out with friends etc. She will need a pair of shoes for every dress and when she puts on weight, they all need to be replac…

I guess you have to be older than most the people on this sub to remember the marketing for a real product that was FDS, Feminine Deodorant Spray. It is what you think it is, a spray for the nasty smelling coochie.

Those are Ira limits. You need to prove ownership before marriage of all separate property; Real Estate, cars, saving, checking, 401k, Ira etc. Go through the process and you will understand. If you are broke, I think divorce can be quick. The more wealth you have accumulated, the longer it takes. If use your pay for any of those items during the marriage like pay a loan, she now has an interest in them because your pay becomes community property.
/r/MGTOW18/01/20 01:57 AM
1

In my case, I had to prove ownership of everything I had before the marriage. This gets tricky because a lot of financial firms don’t keep records back very far. “Demand to produce documents” was very time consuming and painful.
/r/MGTOW17/01/20 05:59 AM

Once you get married, your money doesn’t exist, it becomes community property. If you fund an IRA with community funds, it becomes community property.

You pay for it as you go as well. Odds are she is not pulling her weight during the good times too. When she gets unhappy and wants to cash out, it’s just more noticeable because the payments are lump sum or itemized into memorable monthly expenses. I agree with all of this except the overpopulation. The Chinese government is unique in their concern on this issue and I believe they scrapped the policy in 2015. Western countries discuss declining birth rates as a national crisis. The governments are now concerned about paying for a dependent elderly population without enough working people to pay the taxes. Extended longevity only increases the need for taxes to support the elderly. Overpopulation is a problem for the next guy in office, the…

Usually an initial consultation is free. Bullies pick on the weak. If the employer sees you have an attorney and fear a fight, they may be more cooperative. The employer is only trying to minimize their liability. If you make it easy for them, they will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat.

Times are changing. Young men grow up in a divorced house and see many of their friends are from divorced homes. They have access to the internet and read this stuff too. Marriage rates are down and falling. The fantasy is still alive but not as popular as it was, and loosing ground all the time. I tell my boys, “women want your resources”. Men earn the money and women spend it. If it made them grateful, most married men would continue this abuse but to make matters worse, the better they have it, the more dissatisfied they become.

The study you quote boils down to women hiring an analyst and then keeping uninvolved. In the long term, it is understood to be almost impossible to time the market so most who try to buy low and sell high fall behind the buy and hold person. Guys try to manage the market swings too much. This is the case where less is more. Warden Buffet told you what to do, choose good index funds and keep buying.

They have a large stack of coupons right at the entrance of Costco with a $25 off if you buy $100 of P&G products. All of the P&G products are listed on the coupon and you have to walk by stacks and stacks of their products just to get into their warehouse. Nope, the statistics say non-financial professional women are better investors. It is not that all women will leave you, take half of your present and future earnings and the kids. It is that all women can. No one gets married thinking they will get divorced. In a career as demanding as medicine, the divorce rate is very high. If a relationship won’t work without being married, it probably won’t work being married. The stability and intimacy of marriage is fleeting and becomes an illusion.

The US tax law used to be that Spousal support could be deducted by the person paying it and the person receiving it had to declare and pay taxes on it it as ordinary income. Now, the person paying has to pay the taxes and it is tax free to the recipient. This, I believe, is simply to increase the amount of taxes collected since the person paying the taxes is typically paying at a higher tax bracket. I agree that fairness would say when you shift the income, the tax burden should be shifted too.…

A good lawyer will negotiate with the other side and get a fair deal done as quick as possible. A bad lawyer will pick fights, set his client up with unreasonable expectations and send endless letters and demands back and forth. Makes sense that if she says she cannot , or does not want to raise the child and if the father accepts full financial responsibility and custody, the courts should award the child to him instead of letting her kill it. What I meant was the court ordered custody arrangement is not necessarily where the kids actually spend their time. I had a joint custody agreement and corresponding court ordered payments. She may initially love the guy and want a relationship for the right reasons but if she is unhappy, she can go about her own way without reason or cause and get paid handsomely to do it. I was in the same situation and bought a house before we were married. The divorce reasoning is that since his paycheck becomes community property after the marriage, she will be entitled to a portion of it upon separation. The sense of gratitude fades into feelings of entitlement over the years. The separate property interests are determined by a Morse-Marsden calculation.
