At the end of my divorce, I took the total amount of money that went out the door with her and divided it by the number of years we were married. That is why I don’t even date anymore.

Amazing the power of a female complaining. To me it is like fingernails on a chalkboard. How many guys just give up because they just don’t want to listen to it anymore. Guys learn early on that whining is not tolerated by their friends and family.

Good for the new MGTOW to see this classic. Rings true. The thirst is powerful bait.

A friend used the term today ‘Wife’s Privilege’ to describe how the kids are grown and she never bothered to get a job after being laid off but complained about him taking a lower paying job that suited him better.

I agree, you can’t save anyone else from making bad choices, the thirst is too deep and strong, but you can certainly save yourself and serve as an example to others in the process.

This gem of wisdom goes to Charlie Sheen. He was asked why he pays hookers when he has so many girls that would have sex with him ‘for free’. He had the wisdom to understand you always pay for it... one way or another.

These big multinationals are fertile ground for class action lawsuits. Attorneys use statistics to show a disparity in hiring and Wham, huge fines and forced quotas in their hiring as part of the settlement. They are not being PC because of altruism or because it makes for a more competitive business, they have to.

Bravo,... I did the typical male tasks and my ex expected us to ‘share’ the household chores even though she was a stay at home Mom and I worked full time. I ended up doing the majority of parenting when I was home, we had to hire a house cleaner and I kept the house running. Her idea of cooking was a Drive thru fast food place or heating up preprepared meals. She still complained to the other moms. Not uncommon in today’s world. If you don’t suck it up, it doesn’t get done and the family suffer…

I think when he made the apology for calling MGTOW men ‘Pathetic weasels’, he acknowledged that the legal system was stacked against them. He said he regretted using that language because the MGTOW men have often been burned by a very unfair system.

Hell hath no fury like a women scorned. I have seen elements of this with the divorces of my own friends and in mine. Until you go through the process, you don’t really understand how crushing it is on an emotional level. He is right, this legal abuse must end but there is too much money, power and vengeance involved.

Exactly, Will a sex doll become bored in the relationship, spend your money, command you to do her bidding when you are home and then attack you with attorneys she makes you pay for, take half your stuff and demand support while she continues to do nothing?

She ‘Checked Out’ meaning she abandoned the family to start a full time career becoming a fat alcoholic. It’s all his fault of course because he didn’t want to die in the office as a corporate lawyer. I would not be surprised if that salary came with an 80 hr week. She does nothing.... I love that she says he sells drugs even though he runs a legal business and she is the addict.

The sisterhood is real when it comes to ganging up on men. The hens circled around my EX clucking how she was right and should abandon her marriage and family because she wasn’t happy. If it doesn’t cost them anything or inconvenience them, they will happily give all kinds of ‘support’ and advise to lazy, deadbeat sisters.

The one who gets it is Condi Rice, ‘Lets not turn women into snowflakes’. No reason a grown woman can make her own decisions and suffer consequences or reap rewards like the rest of us grownups. How are we to respect anyone who still wants to be supported like a child ?

The insanity of our societty has finally got to the point that we are trying to vilify a a man who created an entire comic book and movie empire that rivals the only remaining competition. He is 95. Can we give this man the respect he deserves before he is gone. He deserves respect for what he has done, Are women really concernerned about 95 year old man now ? Shall we discuss 20 years ago, perhaps 30 years ago........
/r/MGTOW13/01/18 06:38 AM

. He is 95 years old. Big name media and legal always target the fat wallet. If he was a middle or lower class 95 year old man, they would laugh and say he was a ‘harmless old Horney dude’. Really, this guy cannot walk by himself, is he a threat to a 40 year old woman ? God have mercy on us when we are poor and 95, we will be thrown in a dumpster behind the fast food restaurant and no one will notice.

I get the point and the graphic is beautiful but the real bait is the illusion that she will continue to be as loving and supportive as she was when you said yes to the deal. The bail smashing your head the first time is when she quits ‘looses’ her job and you realize there is no way you can make your wife work. Then the trap resets and she spends her time with her girlfriends on ‘girls nite out’ comes in late and there is a huge fight wondering where she has been last nite, concerts, cruises an…

The one thing that struck me was the mention of your coworker who was a lesbian. I work in STEM and my whole decades long career, we’ve only had one female in our department doing technical stuff. She is actually a good worker and respected by the group for her contributions and yep she is a lesbian. I never associated the two pieces of information but maybe this is not a coincidence.

No body asked her for her opinion. I don’t give two rats asses what she thinks about the merits of ‘real women’ Done with the drama and costs. I agree relationships take work, I already got a job and don’t see the payback.

The problem is actually worse than this. As she gets older and her looks naturally fade, her ‘costs’ also increase. She demands more and expensive things. Her demands for control of you time also increases. Ever heard a friend confide in you what happened to that sweet compliant girl he married? She turned into a very hard to please, demanding bitch.

Perhaps that was the case in ‘the good old days’, now I see women not accepting the traditional female burdens but still expecting men to do the traditional male responsibilities. It is very one sided. Even stay at home moms expect dad to share in domestic duties. When the resentment reaches a crescendo, he is labeled a bastard, robbed and saddled with continued financial obligations.

I believe in giving credit where credit is due. It is possible he could get by quite easily without the extra money and felt better about himself not taking what he didn’t earn, even though he could. When someone behaves honorably, he deserves respect, at least for that one action.

Agreed. Even after drinking too much, it is assumed, even demanded by society, that you make reasonable choices. You cannot effectively use being drunk as you defense in a DUI case. It is assumed you will find a safe way home. “Your honor, I was drunk” doesn’t excuse any bad behavior.

I believe men kill themselves because the only future they see is not worth living. This could be because they are depressed and do not have a balanced view of reality. It could also be that everything they value in life has been stolen from them and they are now forced to support the very person who destroyed it all. Imagine going to a job you hate, only to support the person who destroyed you. It could also be both. Hopelessness is a killer. Men typically don’t seek help.

Delay of gratification is required to save. To the naive, a happy life that means maximizing the amount of pleasure I can have now, regardless of the consequences. I agree completely, women have a same gender bias. In the old days, the phrase when people were having marital difficulties was ‘work it out’. Now the are fed the illusion that they are entitled to a life without struggle and constant joy. After the divorce to fix all the ills in her life, they learn the struggle remains. I actually think it is sad. Sad that our western culture has gotten to this stage where women have become not worth the combined costs. Things have changed and men are adapting. It is the modern day equivalent of voting with your feet. Instead of blaming and shaming, perhaps some introspection is in order. Otherwise, keep to the course and see where you end up. We’ll be going on with our lives, spending our resources as we see fit.

I am glad to know a woman’s out-of-control spending is never an issue. Some men wrongfully believe a wife spending money faster than it can be acquired is financial abuse. He should just get another job and not try to restrict her access to the community property. Right ?

Not real clear what the basis of her complaint was. How could someone complain to the boss you were cutting up meat in your kitchen. Unless she wanted to use the kitchen and there was no room because it was filled with people. The part of the job that is hard for non hunters to watch, guttting and skinning was already done. Can you imagine the lucky fella that gets to live with that princess ?

Focus Gentlemen. The problem is that women are enabled by western laws to destroy men and have unfair advantages in our culture. Women in non-industrialed cultures do a lot of physical labor to help the family unit survive, modern western women are just enabled to be destructive. This post can't be sincere but it may well be used by some to discredit the legitimate reason MGTOW is becoming more popular.

The worst is having a gal that contributes nothing financially to the family and then complains constantly about the effort he has to put in to keep the household afloat. 'Why don't you just quit your job', 'How come you have to travel so much?' This haranguing at the same time she is spending large sums on useless consumer items or entertainment on herself and her friends. All that is really expected is a little self discipline, acknowledgment of his sacrifices and gratitude.

People who marry young and get divorced young fare better than those who get married later. Just less assets to split and more time to recover financially, especially if he remains single during his peak income earning years. Her continuing to work is also crucial. What is missing from this is while their value decreases, their costs increase. Not only do they demand more capital but they become more controlling and less compliant. It is equally likely the wife will be in the same state. If she is healthy and you are not, she might bolt for the door. Long term care insurance and a caretaker are your only reliable options. If it's not a husband or sugar daddy,.... it was daddy. Behind every sucessful woman is/was a man paying the bills. Their pride won't let them acknowledge they didn't earn the hand outs the got. It comes down to their basic survival instinct. They know they don't pull their own weight so a man's interest is their key to survival. I think they typically blame their overall life unhappiness on their marriage not being what they imagined it should be. "I just wasn't happy" and "It just didn't work out" takes the place of "For better or worse". No grit or inner strength.
