TL;DR: 5 reasons why I became a weeb.

"My husband has been pansexual since we were in high school and polyamourous since he went off to university and came back. When we got together his love for individuals and well, SEX, was contagious and we were very big in the Seattle poly and kink scene for the whole 5 years we were dating." Degenerates, both of them.

This "honk honk" shit is kind of tacky, man. It's not gonna help you win any arguments... 1- I don't trust the average human. I think people in general are petty, greedy and unreasonable. If I was to have a relationship, it wouldn't be with someone "average". 2- I wouldn't risk anything to begin with because I have sworn off long term relationships. Not for the reasons you mentioned but for the simple fact that it is a bad deal for men in the times we live in. Not to mention the endless hoops an…

So because you don't trust them, you're willing to compromise on an "open relationship"? Yeah, no. Sorry but that's not an alternative for me.
/r/MGTOW02/05/20 04:04 PM

Open "relationships" (aka polyamory) is no kind of relationship at all. The whole point of a relationship is to dedicate yourself to one person because you hold them in high regard above others. If you keep fucking other people, not only is this irresponsible behaviour (I could go on and on about why) but it goes against the concept of an intimate relationship. How can it be intimate if you do the same with others on a whim? The whole concept was created and is marketed by people who want to hav…

I also found The Critical Drinker after the massive disappointment of "The Last Jedi". I reckon his following must have increased quite a lot on that. He's great and I love the fact that he audibly suffers with the feminist agenda in entertainment. I feel like he just expresses a lot of what we all seem to instinctually feel about how culture and entertainment is changing for the worse.

That theory has pretty much been accepted in fan circles. There is ample evidence such as Jar Jar having the trademark Sith Eyes (yellow and red which is common accross all force users corrupted with greed and ambition), Jar Jar planting the seed of attraction between Anakin and Padmé in episode I, Jar Jar seen smiling in Qui-Gon's funeral and even a clip of George Lucas during the making of the prequel trilogy stressing how important Jar Jar is ("Jar Jar is the key to all of this"). Jar Jar was…

Interesting way of looking at things but the status-quo in western society is still by and large a combination of left-leaning, gynocentric, matriarchal and feminist values. That's the "normal", the "overarching meta-narrative" as you put it. I view MGTOW as being less about rejection of the outside and more about acceptance of the inside - getting in touch with yourself as a man and doing what's best for you (hence the expression - "going your own way"). This introspection can and does often le…

By the amount of fucks you seem to give, I'd say don't do it. You would be on the defensive the second someone presented even a hint of criticism. If you wanna rock some facial hair, you have to own it. Also, by your own admission it would look like a Hitler 'stache so that's another red flag. My opinion is you shouldn't grow a Hitler 'stache ever, even if you think it looks good - the amount of social backlash isn't worth it unless you're self employed, rich and rely very little on others. It k…

What a contradicting post. What's the goal? Enjoying sex more and becoming better in bed or becoming a celibate hermit? These are diametrically opposing goals that should require completely opposite steps in either direction. Seems silly to offer teaching on both simultaneously if anything simply because you can't be an expert on both. It's either one or the other.

Let's agree to disagree, brother. I won't argue that some or many practitioners are incompetent, but others really do provide relief as I've seen it.

Have you tried seeing a chiropractor? Some migraines are the result of impinged nerves in the neck or upper back and chiropractic adjustment and muscle work or massage can usually help in this regard. I'm not saying it will fix all your issues but it may be worth a try. I won't lie: it's hard to find a decent chiro as there is a lot of pseudoscience associated with it and some practitioners are selling snake-oil but I believe that there is a merit to the practice as I've seen people get relief. …

"Every woman is doing it to some degree". This is the problem with social media. It builds your profile based on what kind of content you consume and then it starts serving you more and more of this same content because that's what you like. Then before you know it, you think that the world is based on what the algorhitms are serving you. Go outside, dude. I'm not saying women aren't rotten these days but certainly the percentage of women working as escorts, camwhoring and with Patreon accounts …

Also saw this today on some comedy page with a funny comment attached. My inner skeptic thought it looked too fucked up and unlikely to be true, like an article out of "The Onion". So I googled the news story title and sure enough - there it was. Reality really is stranger than fiction. These outrageous stories are popping up more and more often and I have to agree: the signs are everywhere that our western culture is in severe decline. I mean, I'm barely 30 and already I feel alienated. I would…

Past trends and behaviours are the basis for deductive reasoning of the future. Science itself is based on previous observations. I also wouldn't call something as ubiquitous and certain as "death" a mere trend. I never said it was impossible to achieve an end to biological aging. I would actually agree with the affirmation that achieving an end to biological aging is well within the realm of possibility. But let's stay grounded in reality, shall we? Death is certain to come for all of us whethe…

Who's even thinking about natural death in this day and age? Especially if you're currently young, your odds are high of never facing natural death, due to technology. Sometimes I wonder if people actually believe the stuff they post here, or if they're just posting for the karma and MGTOW morale circlejerk.

Young girls? Mate: romantic comedies and the astronomical popularity of "Sex and the City" have completely played a number on most women's minds. It's not just the young girls, it's all of 'em. This effect has been discussed at large in many circles and I think it's even more detrimental to gender relations that most people think.

I've always had what I thought was an irrational aversion and overall disgust towards weddings. I knew instinctually something was "off" about making such a show of what should only matter between 2 people. It was only when I grew up and that I developed the ability to justify it with the same reasons you described.

Ok guys, let's be sensible here. We regularly make fun of feminists for finding ridiculous things to get upset about in their 21st century life of luxury in western society. So, try not to engage in the same silly behaviour - this emoji means "a little" and obviously does not refer to penis size specifically. I mean, it's a little ridiculous to get offended by it. 7/10 news items I read about EA are all about how their shares have devalued over another faux-pax with game marketing or micro-transactions. It has been like this since around 2012 yet they are still chugging along and releasing more soulless, uninspired AAA titles every single year. When will this company go bankrupt? I mean, judging by the constant "stock plunges" they should have been out of business a long time ago by now.

Not that I care about this movie franchise in particular, but when will this fad of "all-female" remakes or installments finally die? Do people actually go and watch these things? I mean, all the "female cast" remakes I've heard of have flopped critically and commercially and yet they just keep springing up. At this point it feels like Hollywood has a rock-hard feminist agenda boner and is willing to lose money just to push this. Maybe I'm wrong and they're actually profitable, but I doubt it.

I don't think you handled that very well. Your kid looks up to you as a responsible adult and in many ways we all grow up to be slightly different reflections of our parents. When he hears you bragging about some hedonistic sexual accomplishment with a girl that is practically his age he gets worried and his vision of you may be shattered a little. Then you accused him of "being a spy for his mother"? I understand if you were feeling vulnerable but man... I can almost guarantee you've hurt his f…

Honestly, all of the sorceresses that show up in the game are narcissistic, scheming whores who use their sexuality to manipulate people and further their own agendas. They manipulate Geralt as well, even Triss and Yennefer, and treat him like a tool and status-symbol for their own benefit with no regard for him as a person. They are also majorly controlling and nagging bitches. I guess being a youthful, mega-hot, perfect dime, walking sex symbol with cosmic sorcery powers at your fingertips is …

Have you noticed how a lot of girls get offended and snippy when you ask about their cooking or they notice you have some expectation of them cooking for you? I guess it's misogynistic to think a woman would enjoy cooking for others? I know I do and I'm a man. Incredible how in just a few decades women have gone from housewifes to getting offended at any mention of the possibility of performing any task associated with housework.

That's because girls, especially attractive ones, often have poor social skills. They could have played it off but instead they walked away.

Pick Up Artistry has always defeated its own purpose, in my view. Men who involve themselves in this sphere inevitably find their opinion of women becomes lower and lower and if you really dedicate yourself to studying "Game" I think it's inevitable that, in time, you will completely lose your respect for them. In fact, you need to hold women up to a very low standard in order to pursue Pick Up Artistry in the first place. Sure, this shit works but when you start to think about WHY it works then…

For all the abject horror and revulsion that women express towards rape, isn't it ironic that it is the most common and probably the most profitable sexual fantasy for women? Or do you think that the wildly successful "50 Shades Of Grey" is anything but a really long hypergamous rape fantasy in written format?

While I relate a lot to the basic thought, I disagree on your analysis: My parent's generation was just as bad. This is not a sudden happening that somehow results in a generation that eschews all values and virtues that were instilled in women of previous generations. No, the attitude and demeanor of the female gender, generally speaking, has been terrible for a long time now and growing steadily worse since at least the 60s and 70s. In my experience, even the women from previous generations ha…

11 years just fly by. 2009 was 10 years ago and we are not living any differently from how we were living back then. Culturally we are very much the same. Sure, there are these small pockets of honest worldviews like MGTOW but in the grand scheme of things we haven't changed much.

We live in the upside down world. Just saw on TV today that Gwyneth released a "dirty weekend sex kit" that includes a 24k gold dildo as well as other items meant for. And they announce this shit like it's normal. No one bats an eye. Not only is this an affront to poverty but Gwyneth herself has no qualms freely associating herself with this kind of overly sexual nonsense like it's perfectly natural. Am I the only one that finds this absolutely insane? Is there no sense of decency required of wo…

Damn, that looks like a sick one-man theater experience! This kind of thing becomes a lot more achievable when you're MGTOW as you don't have to worry about what else you could use the space for (no nagging wife or GF) and making it able to accomodate more than one person so you're free to splurge on what really matters. By the way, if you enjoyed John Wick I would suggest you get yourself a copy of Mission: Impossible - Fallout ASAP. It recently topped the John Wick movies on my list of "Greate…

Incompetence is widespread. In my experience, if you look attractive and/or rich you generally get better service, too. This is deplorable but, sadly, true. Try to "dress nice", make an effort to be eloquent and be polite but don't take shit.

You honestly think that in 15 years we will have once-in-a-lifetime breakthrough advances in AI (to simulate consciousness), servomotorization (to allow for human-like movement), construction materials (to allow for a "human-like" textile feel) AND energy efficiency (to allow for untethered operation for more than a few minutes) to create an android that can accurately simulate a human being? Yeah, dream on. We are nowhere near being able to achieve any sort of human-like appearance or behaviour…

Oh yeah, slut shaming. One of the very precious few last "unjust double standards" feminists love to complain about. Like most shit women complain about in 21st century western society, it's all a bunch of misguided horseshit. For one, women themselves are the biggest proponents of slut shaming. Men will just have sex with the slut; Women will judge and attempt to shame each other into conformity if they sense one of them is too promiscuous. Bottom line: - Both genders (men and women) idolize pr…

It's a good habit to pour out your feelings in writing. It helps understand them and internalize them. I think what you described is what most men who have made the decision to go MGTOW feel or have felt. For a MGHOW, generally speaking, it's not worth it to pursue a relationship with a woman - in fact it's dangerous in our current social climate. And yes, it's no secret that women are attracted to antisocial men, specifically those who exhibit traits from the Dark Triad. In fact there have been…

I'm skeptic about this. For one, it's doubtful we will see any sort of convincing "sexbots" in our time. I've seen a lot of talk about them lately but it's my opinion that this is simply the result of their appearance and inclusion in recent media (mostly cinema) and how the concept obviously appeals to us men (a pretty AI sexbot willing to do anything for its master). In reality they are very far off. Their appearance in movies may have thrusted the concept into the public eye, especially of me…

These Feminist seminars and workshops on topics that fall under a wide range of "how to treat women" are the most ridiculous, self absorbed phenomenon I've ever seen. Truly, our modern world of comfort has enabled some really silly pastimes. Only an infantile brain could think this up.
