Swimming. Sometimes it's a relaxing reward after intense work out sometimes it's a work out itself. Dancing (rock'n roll, irish step, flamenco) . It's one of those things which improves my mood fast and makes me feel feminine. Figure skating. I was taught how to skate by my grandma when I was a little kid. And recently rediscover that activity. Facial gymnastics. I like the way my skin looks and feels afterwards. Laughing with my gay friends. This is when I allow myself to enjoy a vulgar humour.…

One of the community rules: Men: refrain from announcing your gender, giving non RPW advice, leaving inappropriate comments, and asking for relationship advice.

Men in STEM are unhappy that women are getting jobs undeservedly. Women in STEM are unhappy that everyone thinks that they got their jobs undeservedly. Solution for both genders: don't get bitter, just get better

If you have a genuine interest in RPW concept, I suggest you read a side bar. You will learn a lot :)

My classmate saw our teacher in the mall shopping with his wife while she was nagging him loudly. My friend told this story to many people in our class and most of them were laughing. The way woman treats her partner on public might have a severe effect on how other men see him and potentially damage his social and professional life. It's very unfortunate that some women don't realize that.

This is a pretty good analysis on how lack of planning can negatively effect professional life long term.

That was such an amazing video. Reminded me how my fiancé, back then boyfriend introduced me to roller skating. I was so sceptic about the idea at first. But I started enjoying it so much that decided to learn figure skating as well lol Thanks for sharing :)

This is very balanced and positive outlook on how to improve the quality of sexual life. My favourite part is: Not all sexual interactions have to finish in sex. They do have to demonstrate you want him…all the time.

I think you might benefit from having a positive talk with your husband about his preference towards anal sex: does it make him feel more dominant, why does it feel good for him on the physical level, etc. As a loving wife you might find the possibility to introduce those aspects in regular sex. Also, if you never heard about Kegel exercises and how they can improve sexual experience, please take a look :) http://www.intimina.com/blog/kegels-for-better-sex/

Linkedin - I'm a student and I'm trying to land a summer job/internship in my industry. Facebook - I need it to stay in touch with my friends in Europe. Reddit - Sometimes it's useful, sometimes it's entertaining :)

I don't know if sex addiction is a real thing and I've no idea what I would do if my partner cheated on me no matter what his excuse is. But I want to believe that if I am attentive enough I can notice changes in our relationships early on and address the issue. Also, some women (due to lack of understanding of men's sexuality) might think of their high libido partners as sex addicts. It was the case with my cousin and one of my close female friends.

Thanks a lot for the recipe. I personally love LOVE tofu! And my SO does not mind it for early lunch if in the evening we are having a huge BBQ party lol

I don't know if it's RPW or not but after watching me playing with my SO's god son, he said something between the lines "I can not wait for our own kids"

That's great that you found healthier alternative to nootropics :) I am trying to substitute coffee with tea and it's working!

The ugly: In order to get through exams I started taking again nootropics, so called smart drugs. They have side effects. I'm going to reconsider my school priorities and maybe even drop less important class to be able to handle school without help of artificial stimulants. The good: A few months ago I volunteered to tutor my SO's younger brother. As a result his marks noticeably improved. Last week when I was at my SO's parents house I got a hug and a warm "thank you" from his mom. The great: F…

You were wise by picking a good man. You are wise by treating him right. It all pays off :)

The true value of this thread is not the observations you made but the reactions to these observations from other users. The majority of people on this thread drive positive energy from failures of others without realizing that it contributes nothing to their success. If a person can recognize this flow in their mentality they can do more progress in transforming their mindset.

Maybe next time try to genuinely compliment a girl you want to get along with. You can compliment on a colour of her nails, lipstick, her hair style, etc. I suggest try to avoid mentioning any expensive brands first, she might not be able to afford them and will feel upset about it. You can also ask women you are trying to be friends with for advice about baking, cooking in general. If situation allows, say something positive about your SO.

I would like to ask you a question. How does this information can help you to improve yourself and your approach with women?

You might be right thinking that your SO let you have it your way because of respect you deserved in the past. In some sense it might be his way to spoil you. And if I were you I would thank him very affectionately for him being amazingly understanding and wise in the given situation and keep my toaster. It be can as effective as silently replacing your toaster with his. It really depends on dynamics of your relationship. Anyway, I think it's one of the best reports I've ever read on RPW. Thank …

I share your views and I also find the idea about our positive image affecting positively our friends (you expressed in the other respond) wise ad very RPW.

This is not necessarily true at all. Many "friends" don't want what is best for you, they want you to fit into a nice little feminist box that validates their own bratty miserable lives. I don't have many friends. And when the times were hard I felt nothing but support. Or they could be undermining your respect for him because a traditional relationship lays bare the flaws of their own lifestyle choices? I don't talk about my SO negatively even when we temporarily misunderstand each other. So my…

Even having views opposite to ours they are still our friends and mean nothing bad but care. And when they suggest that our SO could treat us better, there is a chance that we allowed ourselves to talk about our SO not very positively.

The captain first mate dynamic essentially mimics a natural relationship state where the woman perceives her man as much higher SMV than herself. I think RPW recommends women to date men who are in their league. But could she somehow convince her brain that he is? Could merely a change in her attitude transform a beta into an alpha? Would not it be wiser and more productive if a woman will try to better herself before picking a partner? Then what hope does the average women have of finding not o…

Looks + Stability (defines how a man can take care of himself) Personality + Sex drive (defines our compatibility) Values (defines if a man is a marriage material for me)

I think it's awesome that you found a playful way to encourage your man to demonstrate behaviour you find attractive. I do kinda the same thing. Though I try to get my guy on the sweeter side. Like I could take off his beanie and hiding it behind my back trade it for a kiss. I often ask him to pick me up to reach something and then compliment him on how strong he is. We also took tango classes which let him to express his desire to lead even more but at the same time soften his edges towards me.

But what if she looked great and her husband was more successful than you are now? Would you feel less happier then? My point is that "successfulness" of the people you got rejection from in the past should not effect present you.

I feel like this story might be made up. Maybe OP wanted to test the RPW community on tolerance, wisdom, etc. or maybe just for entertainment.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
