Like many others have said, I also felt a huge relief. Like the weight of all the bullshit I've been told over the years about how things are and ought to be just lifted. I have been lurking here a few months. I had already began to question it over the past years, while I spent some time groveling failed relationships. I just had enough and basically said "fuck it" after my last ltr ended. I stopped going out of my way to please women, focused on my studies and interests. Picked up new hobbies,…

You are currently weak and confused, you did the right thing. LTRs work - or they don't. Had I known that I'd be where I'm at now when it ended with my LTR, I would have gladly moved on like nothing. But I wouldnt be where I'm at right now without the pain. Hell, I dont even want to imagine what kind of sissy-man I'd be without the hardships and pain in my life. Men are molded by hardships and trials. If everything would easy all the time and if you'd be getting back pats for everything you did …

Yeah looking back I was pretty miserable. And I knew I'd never drop any of my hobbies for a chick, even in my clueless days. And without any proper tools in my blue pill mind to deal with it I basically checked out and braced for impact.

Yeah I did take it personally, I basically ended up checking out of that relationship because I was losing my mind when none of my blue pill methods seemed to be working. But thanks to that bitch I am a better man today.

I never said You were, obviously you are the one projecting. Cba with an argument, my point still stands. Edit: My point is to be congruent with what you put out there.

You know, there are other ways to be "fun" besides being a clown/party animal. Also I believe 99% of guys are familiar with that club game. If you like doing that, awesome. And I do agree that you should be positive and easy-going, but that shit comes naturally when you enjoy your life. Otherwise it is weak and approval seeking behavior "look at how much fun I am!" It's better to get your shit together rather than faking it on the weekends and being miserable the rest of the week.

NPD? BPD? Whatever the case, you have enough proof that she is crazy.

This. So much. I remember coming to terms with this a few years ago, after my ltr had ended and I felt like shit. Besides beating myself up for becoming a beta in my relationship and leading it to a slow and painful death. I realized that I was 100% responsible for everything going on in my life. Yes there are things that are out of your control, but you are 100% responsible for where you want to go and what you make of your situation. Was it a bitter pill to swallow? Yes, much like the Red pill…

The best way I'd say is hard work, become a man of value, and know your worth. Never seek approval from women. When you're satisfied with yourself you won't give a fuck about one particular woman.

Abundance mentality comes naturally when you make yourself a priority. Find your purpose, work on yourself, increase your worth and you won't have time for boring women with a shitty attitide.

I see it as expanding my comfort-zone. Once you do it enough, you get used to it and it becomes part of you - then you add to it. It's also important to know why you do it, otherwise it won't last. Discipline and doesn't get you very far if you don't know why you do it. Put your feelz aside, realize what you want/need/have to do, and why - then just do it. One step at a time - get outta bed, get into the shower, set it to freezing, turn it on, scream like a little girl for a few minutes - walk o…

In no particular order. What to say when you talk to yourself -A great book for understanding self-talk and how it affects your life, aswell as all the shitty "programming" and faulty mental road maps you've been using all your life without realizing it. No more Mr. Nice Guy The art of taking action. -How to get off your ass and get shit done, eliminate procrastination and "perfection anxiety". 4.The subtle art of not giving a fuck The way of the superior man

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
