I am one of us but nope its equal here. Women do get critisized for not having familys the same if not more than men. Men get critisized for not having a wife or frequent partners. But if a man is relatively succesful and has somewhat frequent partners its fine

So youd rather be convicted of rape then be raped?
/r/PussyPassDenied20/09/17 12:24 AM
3

Personally id rather be violently raped multiple times than be falsley convicted of rape. Think of the effects of being convicted of rape on your whole life Edit: being raped is obviously traumatic and can turn your life into a nightmare. That said you can regain normalcy. The "would you rather?" is not even a question though lets be honest. There NO coming back from being a convicted rapist. Theres no regaining respect of friends and family. Its not even remotely close.

So explain to me why you brought up the example of the pretend convicted false accuser who was actually raped. Was it not to tell me that its not justified to give longer sentences to false accusers because their might be one case (im sure there isnt one) where the person was actually raped but still convicted of false accusation. What was the point of bringing that up? Please give a somewhat detailed explaination because i think i analyzed and responded to each argument you made fairly and fair…

Because your arguing that women shouldnt be detered from making false accusations with fair sentencing which would help the countless falsely accused men who end up in prison. But hey thats fine because there might possibly exist a case where a woman got falsely convicted of falsely accusing. Thats makes the injustice to all those men well worth it. That means we shouldnt have fair sentencing for these false accusers. You know what, we shouldnt ever charge people with any crime that a single oth…

Whats your point? Oh im sure someone has been falsely convicted before. Of fucking course, im sure there are at least hundreds of men falsely accused of rape who were failed by the justice system as a result of the "she wouldnt lie" culture of our society and justice system. They are the REAL victims of your attitude and views. But hey, men are disposable, right. No need to protect their rights. God forbid your example that there possibly could have been an innocent woman put in prison for false…

In your example is the "false accuser" who was actually raped found guilty and convicted of the false allegation? No of course not no judge would ever do that unless there was irrefutable evidence of false allegation. And that deterent argument is weak. The ONLY "rape victim" that would be detered is the one where his/her "rapist" has irrefutable proof that he/she intentionally tried to ruin the "rapists" life by falsely alleging rape. Unless the alleger confesses or theres solid PROOF that he/s…

You think we should execute her? Whats your point? We shouldnt jail people for heinous crimes? Evil people dont belong in prison because $ ? People who try to completely destroy a mans entire life over a cab fare?
/r/PussyPassDenied19/09/17 07:24 PM
43

How so? In our system you have to prove beyond a reaonable doubt. So to jail a false accuser youd have to prove she made a false accusation. Its not a situation where if the person accused of rape is found not guilty than the accuser automatically is jailed. The accuser would have to be proven to have made a false allegation. And fair sentences would deter false accusers which is good for everyone

She deserves at LEAST the minimum sentence that she would have caused the cabbie to get. 16 months seems low id go 4-5 years.

Differences in views, etc. aside. Why is this sub becoming about race or anything. Even if your right about your opinion who cares. This is r/pussypass so its content should not be as broad as some posters are making it. I wouldnt go on r/hockey and make posts about everything to do with Canada just because many of the subscribers happen to be Canadian.

The only way an adult "wins" in this situation is by apologizing to the children and setting a good example of maturity. She failed miserably. And i mean apologize intially not after reversing back a couple times

People like her dont actually care about the "cause" of feminism they only care they can keep considering themselves as feminist because it makes them feel superior and gives them cool points in their social circles. This applies to about 90% of self proclaimed femmes ive met.

I get your point but i disagree with the decision in principal. I believe she should be punished academically if the school (assuming its private) chooses to do so. However this is a severe criminal act on her part which she knew would likely completely ruin the victims life as well as make him a felon and send him to prison for a long time. If a high school dropout recieves prison time for a crime like this then it is unjustifiable that a med student would not get the same.

But in public schools the rules and school environment are targeted toward the needs of girls. Thats why they tend to get much better grades in early education than their male counterparts, and male students are like 20x more likely to be put on ADHD meds. Schools punish boys for their natural inclination to be rough and engergetic kids. And when i went to school girls would all get As and Bs in gym and theyd stand around talking the whole time, id participate and get Cs. Girls are favored huge …

I don't. If you knowingly falsely accuse someone of something like that in a public space then you should go to prison and face a sentence similar to what the sentence that is given for whats being accused, or at the very least the "minimum sentence" for that crime (which could be years or decades).

My only point was no PPD, and that 'bit' was terrible in soo many ways i couldnt get through the whole vid bc of the cringe.
/r/PussyPassDenied16/02/16 08:51 PM
2

Reaching for an insult are we? You must be the shitty comedian in the video to be soo butthurt. No PPD here was my only point, bc the female is involved. Im entertained by fiction all the time and have no problem with it, but this 'bit' was trying to present itself as real, but failed miserably. Should be submitted to /r/cringe Edit: Also you have terrible punctuation if you were trying to write 'properly'. Its too bad spellcheck cant help you there.
