Do you always believe what women say?

Hypergamy is the flow of the river. It's been that way for hundreds of thousands of years. Things haven't suddenly changed. You can either swim up current or build a hydro-electric dam. Unfortunately, many guys are choosing to swim up current. They aren't doing anything to improve their situation. They are working out. They aren't looking for more money. They ignore giant red flags to get their lil wiener wet. It's no wonder they are failing.

You're describing a dude-bro with some gentleman traits. Keto diet? Fuck out of here.

Well said. I use to use a lot of self-depreciating humor. I had a female friend ask me about it. "Why are you always so down on yourself?". It gave me a lot to think about. My female friends were always great about talking to me. In high school, a friend once talked to me about a buddy. She told me he was holding me back socially. She said everyone likes me, they just leave me out because they didn't like him. I ended that friendship afterwards. My social life got 10x better afterwards.

Your mother is the only person who will love you for who you are. Further proving that guys are really just looking for a new mom to heat up their nuggies while they game.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/11/23 03:11 PM

Neither. You're view of a trad man is very misguided

I wonder how many of these failed marriages were because they met them online and felt a "spark" instead of actually getting to know them and realizing they're a piece of shit? Or how many were passport bros that got used for citizenship?

The headache line is a trope now. Nobody would believe it. I've never known a woman to say it or a man that's heard it passed the 90s
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/23 02:45 PM

"Average" is drastically different than it was 30 years ago. The average now looks like Patton Oswalt. People thirty years ago took care of themselves. Unattractive has never been trendy. Short and fat has never been attractive. Guys need to wrap that around their dumb heads.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/23 07:31 PM

Get off the apps. You get a better feel for people in real life.

You can meet women literally anywhere. I don't know where this comes from that women can only be met under certain parameters.

proven how? An article from a dating app?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/23 07:54 PM

Agreed. Guys used to work to be better at least. Now they just roll over, die, and try to drag everyone down with them.

We saw the same thing during the PUA days. Keyboard Cowboys that'd read every book and message board but had no real world experience. They just parroted what the books told them.

The red pill 4 is a 7 to regular people. This idea that they have low standards is nonsense. The male Gorlock still wants a hot gf.

Approaching like we see on tv doesn't work. Women don't want to be approached with dumb canned lines and opinion openers. You have to figure out other ways. I'll ask women in the produce department to help me pick fruit. They don't need to know I worked in a produce department in high school and I'm perfectly capable.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 04:08 PM
48

Why do any of you care if women don't like your standards? Stop apologizing. Have your standards. Let them be mad. Guys need to stop even acknowledging this stuff and just own it. I couldn't possibly care less if some broad is upset that I'm not into her.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 03:47 PM

Being "nice" and pretending to be a woman's friend doesn't make you a good person either.

Apps in general are dumb.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/23 03:00 PM

Guys in 2023 get their idea of approaching from tv. TV is written to get a specific outcome in the allotted amount of time. It's not real and doesn't translate to real life. Goofy lines and stuttering out your name doesn't work. There needs to be a reason and context to talk to women besides muh sex.

Cooking, doing laundry, cleaning up after them while they game 6 hours a day. Most guys aren't looking for a partner. They're looking for a new mom that'll play with their wiener.

Introversion means large gatherings are exhausting and alone time recharges their batteries. They don't always like being alone. I don't know why this garbage generation needs to redefine everything.

traditional men aren't playing video games and programming. Guys today think growing a shitty beard to hide their chins makes them "men".
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/23 03:44 AM

Women want what they've always wanted. But guys aren't raised to be men anymore, so we get non-traditional women and guys that want a traditional partner, and that math doesn't work.

/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/23 07:49 PM

Pills can't solve everything. Boys need father figures back to learn to work and live with these instincts. Learn to keep it down. Find other outlets. With great power comes great responsibility and all that. Not the feminist "be better" nonsense. Women don't understand the male experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/23 07:18 PM
2

They have a better quality of women. They aren't just pulling in skanks off the street. Many of them are likeable as people. Nobody loses their temper. They aren't calling the guests names. These are Michael's friends. Just makes for a better show. Nobody is tightly wound like Myron is.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/23 05:16 PM

I see clips. The whole point is to kick off women that dare challenge them. Women are catching on. I've seen clips where the host tries to trap them with some silly manosphere question about height, and the girls don't give him the answer he wants, so he calls them liars. I can't watch Fresh and Fraud clips. I just can't stand either host. They're insufferable. I do like Michael Sartain's show though.

I don't online date or believe any of that coffee date nonsense. I typically ask them out, so I'll pay on the first date. But the best relationship I had was just a sometimes I pay, sometimes she paid situation. We didn't keep up with it. It wasn't 50/50.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/23 01:59 AM

How can they know there's no reward when they don't try to begin with? That's stupid dopey dumb-dumb logic.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/23 09:29 PM

I like my women a little broken. I like the challenge. I don't have the unrealistic expectation that a lot of guys have that think relationships should be easy like they see in movies.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/23 06:02 PM

Guys put like 4% effort into their pictures. No creativity, bad lighting, bad composition, no basic editing for things like white balance and saturation. Every guy has the same pictures. Holding up a carp they caught, them with their arm draped over their dog's shoulders, and them standing on a hill with the sun directly behind them. There's hundreds of videos on YouTube on how to take decent photos. And buy a fuccing tripod.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/23 04:26 PM

It's buzzwords used by people to shift the blame for their shortcomings and bad behaviors. Social Anxiety is just a buzzword for awkward shy people.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/23 02:48 AM

That's made up nonsense like razorblades in apples. Nobody thinks a guy taking a knee in front of a lost and scared child is an "abuser".
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/23 01:50 AM
-2

Talk to them like people, not commodities to be had. Understand that if you're one of those self-described "introverts" with social anxiety, women don't like people in their personal bubble anymore than you do.

/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/23 06:18 PM

I think men should speak up, in general, when they see something wrong. All through school I spent a fair amount of time defending kids from bullies. Guys are terrified to help lost children. It's a big problem. Nobody is asking you to be Batman.

The gym is losing it's luster. People are reporting to working out at home more and more to avoid fitness "influencers". It'll start becoming more about HOW people train. Women like lean muscle. Bodybuilding physiques are only getting other dicks hard.

Exactly. TRP is PUA without the direction.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/23 01:21 PM

Why can't both people share responsibility? TRP is just as guilty of blaming the other sex for EVERYTHING.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/23 12:35 PM

I have more respect for the PUA community than I do TRP. At least they proactively tried to get passed their issues. TRP just cries about it. A few talk about what they SHOULD do. But not how to do it.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/23 12:08 PM

Yes you do. It’s men that built everything. They built the infrastructure. All the tech women use all day, everyday. We get our hands dirty doing all the jobs women don’t want to. Without guys, women wouldn’t make money on OnlyFans or TikTok. Like it or not, we need each other.

Their 4 is a regular person's 7. It's never been enough to say "they can't be fatter than me". Guys are every bit as delusional as the women they complain about.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/23 04:39 PM

Self-depreciating humor is also a problem. It's overused. Every once in a while is funny. All the time is just sad.
/r/AllPillDebate09/10/23 04:23 PM

Dating apps are designed to make you fail. I don't know why that's so hard. Guys want a hot GF with no effort SO bad.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/23 04:18 PM

Guaranteed, several guys are saying "well I'm funny, but can't get laid". If you think you're funny you're usually not. "But they laugh at my jokes". They're humoring you so you don't feel bad.

I spent too many years partying hard and drinking, on top of having MS. I don't expect to live past 55 anyways. I've had my fun and sexy time.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/23 03:03 PM

It's disappointing to watch. I spent a brief time in the early 2000s involved in the PUA community. Like most others, I read The Game by Neil Strauss and got interested. Typically nerdy guys trying to address being bad with women and figuring out ways to get past it. It didn't take long before it just became too much work. Always in your head planning your next move, all the canned bullshit. It wasn't worth it. I found myself looking towards guys like David Wygant and Mark Manson. A more natural…

What part of 'University Library' sounds like it's a cool place to pick up chicks? Much like the gym, people go for a reason. And it's not to be targeted for sexual encounters with canned lines by awkward dorks. I'm a big believer that you can meet women anywhere, but club game isn't going to work there. It's different and takes a little self-awareness.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/23 03:59 PM

ok, but I'm just talking in general. The amount of guys mad that women prefer better looking guys is dumb. Guys prefer better looking women, why wouldn't they prefer better looking guys? Why aren't they taking steps to be better? Something as simple as shaving their stringy face-pubes and moisturizing their skin. Putting down the Doritos and losing weight.

The manosphere is just the new version of the PUA community of the late 90s. Except they actually attempted to better their situation and find a workaround. The manosphere just complains. Michael Sartain is the only guy worth listening to. The women he has on MOA are just all-around better people, unlike Everywhere and Fraud and Fit.

Every time someone talks about "approaching" I picture a guy in silk pajama pants and a red smoking jacket with his elbow propped on the door frame. Pornstar, August Ames, hung herself after being bullied online for not wanting to work with a guy that did both gay and straight porn. Gay porn doesn't rigorously test actors for STDs the way straight porn does. She didn't want to risk it. People started calling her homophobic.

Much like AOL back in the day, there'd be no pictures on profile. You only give them on request when you start talking to someone, so you'd have to put actual effort into your profile to sell yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/23 02:26 PM

Watch Fraud and Fit, Everything, MOA, or any other show. Most of the women are single. Women are all pursuing the top and the top are unavailable for most of them. 30% of the guys on apps are married and looking for gash. It's common sense. Single guys that they actually want aren't available to them for relationships.

Quit conflating casual sex with dating
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/23 12:10 PM

A woman has to trust you and feel safe, and that's not going to happen stuttering out that you think she's cute and wanted to talk to her. Talk to her like a person and not a commodity.

/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/23 02:19 PM

That's ridiculous. "Confessing" your feelings is always a bad idea, anywhere. It's unfair pressure. You're hoping that by putting her under that pressure, she'll say yes. It almost always puts you in a bad light. If you build rapport with a friend or co-worker, ask for her number and go from there. Keep your hands to yourself, don't use canned lines, and don't make sexual jokes.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/23 02:08 PM

Statistically, just as many young women are having trouble finding partners too, but red pillers like to ignore that. Because they know it's their own fault they're lonely. Just like women, they shoot for higher than they are. An incel 4 is a 7 to regular people. I heard Michael Sartain say yesterday as well, that 30% of the guys on apps are secretly married. Which is a whole other problem.

I think many guys just wait too long to get started. They put it off to put all their effort into school. Then they're struggling in their mid-20s. They can't emotionally handle being dumped or cheated on. They can't kiss without eating the other person's face. They're WAY behind, and nobody wants to be their learning experience. I immediately think of those weird TikTok and twitch streamers with the stupid bright hair that cross their eyes when they talk. I read comics growing up but unless I was talking to other comic nerds I kept it to myself. Many guys push gaming on everyone around them.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/23 05:36 PM

The average guy isn't a default create-a-character in a video game. He looks like Patton Oswalt. Tubby, average height, and asymmetrical looks. Much like women, guys like to think they deserve better than they are. I know they'll say they'll happily take a 4, but their 4 is a 7 to regular people.

One of the problems with PUA is that they "fake it till they make it", which is great till the first time they don't get their way or a girl doesn't answer their text immediately. They almost always revert back to the needy simp. Being confident can't be faked.

/r/AllPillDebate25/09/23 04:30 PM

A woman needs to trust you above all else. Approaching with some goofy canned line and stuttering out your name doesn't get trust. If she doesn't stick around to chat, you're not interesting enough to talk to. Let her go.

Sure, it was understood that relationships were a partnership. Not the one-sided power struggles that people treat it as now. Guys just expect a woman to cook for him and do his laundry. They want a hot gf for nothing.

Depends on the guy. If there's an abundance of women in his life, like family, co-workers, and friends, most women will just exist in his periphery. He's used to being around women, so they're not a big deal. However, guys that are slaves to their sexual urges will obsess over any gash in eyesight. He'll stare slack-jawed at cleavage and wonder why women think he's creepy.

It's a lot of stuff. Social Media and dating apps are the worst. People have become socially deficient. They don't know how to interact anymore. They think the nonsense they see on tv is "flirting". This trash generation is all about blaming ailments and disabilities for their shortcomings. It's not enough to just try to figure out how to get passed being shy. I'd imagine it's a lot of leaning about one's self. Learning their likes and dislikes. Women are told through much of their teens that most of their value is in sex, with teen boys trying to find someone slooty enough to play with their wiener. Then they're just told to shut it off in their early 20s. Guys created this problem for themselves. They make it worse by simping and shelling out for their cams, Twitches, and OnlyFans. Young people have this silly fantasy of meeting someone for a coffee date on an app, splitting the bill, and landing in the middle of a relationship because there's a "spark". Just treat women like people instead of objects to put your nutter butter in. When there's an abundance of women in your life that trust and respect you, everything else falls into place. Hot women have hot friends. Leave them with a good impression, they might introduce you. Don't be a bitter man-baby when a woman says she just wants to be friends. When I was 28 I dated a 21 year old that I had known since she was 15, because her sister is my good friend's wife. When she was I teenager I helped her with her computer a few times and set up her first ipod. On her 18th birthday I was there. When we dated she said she always liked me because I never treated her like a kid, even at 15.

TRP wants women that look like IG models, but are loyal virgins that release their inner pron star just for them. It's a figment of their imagination. Those women don't exist.

Traditional couples take care of each other. The man takes care of financials, and the wife handles the household. She takes care of the inside, he handles the outside. It's too vague. A person shouldn't be just working on the outside, which is what they do. They should also look into developing a non-needy personality. Stop existing for just women.

A guy's height has always been important. Women have always wanted a bigger taller guy capable of protecting them. But women in this garbage generation don't understand that only 14.5% of guys in the world are 6ft or over. They don't understand that 10% of guys make 6 figures. 95% of women aren't hot enough to be as picky as they are.

Online dating needs to die before anything gets better. This desire people have to skip steps and land in the middle of relationships with no build up. Meet one-on-one and feel magic. It doesn't work like that. People meet naturally through group interactions, and relationships build from there. This thing where people "hate people", but expect friendships and relationships to come to them isn't going to cut it.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 09:04 PM

I put a lot of it on the lack of father figures now. No one to teach young boys the difference in doing "nice" things and being generally kind, and doing kind things just cause. Not because you expect a reward. And how to temper your expectations. Stop this nonsense of assuming a girl is flirting because she sent a selfie. Pull back a LOT and assume MAYBE she's trying to flirt. And going from there. Don't reply with a dick pic just because she sent a selfie.

Not a union guy, but guys created their situation. They're the ones taking warthogs home from the bar to get their wiener wet. They're the ones spending money on OnlyFans. They're enablers. You can't bitch about an addict's behavior when you're the one giving them drug money.

My brother is 5'8 and married to a specialty nurse making 6 figures. I have a 5'6 buddy married to a smoke show. Short guys have other problems. It's just easier to blame their height than it is to develop a personality.

Everyone considers themselves the main character, so they think everything should come easy, without having to do any work on themselves. The main character in harem animes are irresistible to all the hottest/most popular girls. Why can't they be?! They shouldn't have to lose weight, or dress better. They should just get it.

I don't know why guys have a hard time with this. Online dating is not for basics. It's 100% looks and presentation based. Most guys put 4% effort into their pics, and they're shocked out of their league women swipe left on them. Get off the apps. FFS.

The one thing I always retained from my PUA days, in the early 2000s, is "Never ask a woman for dating advice, only men that are successful with women". Women don't tell the truth about what they like. They'll tell you what they think they should say. At best, it's half-truths. They just want a nice guy. But they never explain what that means, so we end up with young guys that blindly agree with and validate girls, and do "nice" things in hopes of a reward. When being generally kind to people is…

Social Media. Women have ALWAYS wanted tall, fit, and wealthy. That's not new. It's just allowed them to louder about it. Soft times create soft men, coupled with social media, coupled with Millennials and Gen Z being super consumerist. It's made guys weak adult adolescents. They have given up. They don't want to better themselves in any way. I also think Earth is self-correcting from over population. We could stand to lose around 3 billion people. I typically think a big problem is guys try to paint women and men with the same brush. Men and women are different. They have different wants and standards. Their emotions are different. They react differently to things. And rather than trying to understand them, guys just complain that they don't act and think like they do. Women aren't crazy. Guys are just idiots and don't know how to react to it like an adult. They just get mad rather than trying to understand.
