5	Even when a divorce is "uncontested" and civil it still guts me I'm right there with you. There was no biological children in my case, but we kept everything amicable. 5	Divorce is hitting hard This statement is the brutal and honest truth. Once she has made up her mind there is no changing it, and any attempts on your behalf to try to change it will only make her more angry and resentful. As hard as it is, you have to remove your emotions from the situation and look at this in a business like light.
