She was provided a very strong strain of cannabis by her victim and was not aware of that. Also, if you drink you know your driving will be impaired. -2	What is up with the E Jean Carroll case? I’m not sure that this is the hill you want to die on. IIRC, there were two civil cases. One was for sexual assault and the other for defamation. Trump lost the first one and started defaming her. In the defamation case, you couldn’t argue the validity of the first trial. That’s what got his lawyer into so much trouble with the judge. The leg was effectively amputated and unsalvageable already. She believed she was acting in the best interest of the patient and this wasn’t a hospital, so doctors are probably less available.
