I fell in love with the Challenger back in 2008, that was the car for me but at the time couldn't afford it. I also wasn't impressed by the interior. Then in 2015 they updated the interior, the hellcat became my wallpaper on everything and I was sold. I don't have the hellcat yet but this will get me buy as I keep moving up in my career.

I have them too but just keep chipping away at them and keep focused on your career. I also must add, networking with the right people will get you moving in your career a lot faster. You would be amazed how far you can get by just going to a few happy hours with the right guys.

I'm a fan of all three, when I started I did not have a lot of hands on experience so the home lab was important. Packet Tracer was great to visualize the data at the beginning and GNS3 is great because it's an emulator and you can play with the real OS. Where I live there doesn't appear to be may "Entry" level networking jobs, but you can always start in helpdesk and desktop support but be careful. Helpdesk and Desktop support can be a trap, so use it to make money, get experience and get out. …

Haha I'm just a guy who's trying to make it in the world, I don't care too much about titles. It may not mean much to you but I started out pretty poor and was able to pull myself out of poverty. A major goal in IT was to make it to a Network Engineer level of knowledge. I'm enjoying the problem solving and it also pays pretty well too.

Thanks! It's a lot tougher once you get the networking job because you are working a lot and time is hard to come by. I must say doing it everyday helps solidify the concepts for sure. One thing you don't get when you are labbing is the high stakes of everything you change. You could cause and outage, and I think that's why we get paid so much. You have to be on point and be able to handle the stress.
