5	Team meeting truly uncomfortable. This is a sticky situation as it is currently something that is not being openly advertised. If you value your position in the company you can't really just send HR an e-mail and ask them if our company is "going woke". In certain states it is becoming mandated that companies have a % of their staff be female as well as a certain number of people be minorities and be people with disabilities.
