1	Why did this die so quickly? There's no judge in the country who would issue an arrest warrant because someone said they committed a crime without any evidence or victims coming forward. If someone insisted they committed a crime and wanted to be locked up for it they would most likely end up in a mental institution. 17	Me too To be completely honest it would be impossible to convict her without a victim. Say she wasn't just talking shit and it was true. If she turned herself into the police and said she did this, and signed a confession and everything, unless someone came forward as a victim the most she'd get is a psych evaluation. I've had coworker's fired just for saying they were frustrated to have to go to work on their Facebook.
