Popularity Of Circumcision Falls In U.S., Especially Out WestBasic hygiene and safe sex practices and your entire argument is useless. Seriously, let's completely deny all boys bodily integrity because some people can't be bothered to wash their dick and put on a condom. | /r/MensRights | 22/08/13 09:15 PM
Popularity Of Circumcision Falls In U.S., Especially Out WestRegardless of the label, I'd like to make the decision myself and not have someone do it for me. It's called a right to bodily integrity and currently men don't have it. | /r/MensRights | 22/08/13 07:38 PM
In a debate about discrimination in class, I am called a "White Hetero-Male" in order to "prove" that I am incapable of understanding the issue. No one blinks at the insult, and I am given a warning tI'm a bit late to the party but I thought some words of encouragement and advice would help. First of all, I'd care less about this discussion. It's clear that you're not going to change their minds if they aren't interested in even having a discussion. You'll save yourself a lot of headaches if you just let them have their echochamber circlejerk. Let them continue being ironically racist and sexist. It's painful and humiliating, but honestly, who cares about the opinions of bigots when the rest… | /r/MensRights | 20/05/13 04:54 AM

Female Colorado Senator who sponsored the defeated Pro-Circumcision bill still ranting and attacking IntactivistsSo if my religion tells me I need to sacrifice my first born child to get a decent harvest this year or die, I shouldn't be held liable because I'm practicing my religion? Please tell me at what point does my religion stop being a religion and starts being child abuse. | /r/MensRights | 11/05/12 06:48 PM
Female Colorado Senator who sponsored the defeated Pro-Circumcision bill still ranting and attacking IntactivistsHere's the problem. The infant isn't practicing the religion, the parents are. If a child grows up and want to get circumcised, no problem, that's their choice, but someone shouldn't be making their choice for them. | /r/MensRights | 11/05/12 06:31 PM
Female Colorado Senator who sponsored the defeated Pro-Circumcision bill still ranting and attacking IntactivistsBy limiting access to it you are playing the same game that right wing Christians are playing with abortion. You just stepped in some shit. That's the exact opposite of this argument. Abortion is about a choice a woman makes because it's her body, whereas circumcision is about someone making a decision for a child who hasn't made a choice about anything. You're arguing that people should be allowed to make decision about other people's bodies. You're the right-winger in this situation. | /r/MensRights | 11/05/12 05:37 PM
Female Colorado Senator who sponsored the defeated Pro-Circumcision bill still ranting and attacking IntactivistsI think that every parent should be allowed to make what they believe is the best decision for their child. So a narrative like this wouldn't bother you? I believe my child should starve 5 days out of the week and doesn't need their toes so i'll be taking one off every year for their birthday. I believe this is the best decision for them. Yes, I took that to the extreme but you're condoning performing an excruciating medical procedure on an infant that doesn't need it. there is a VERY big differ… | /r/MensRights | 11/05/12 04:59 PM

Model asks judge to force man to pay $46,000 a month for "child support."Agreed that a maximum has to be determined but I think in the US my idea would work as well. We have the technology to do it and medical cards already do this. If you have know what a benefits card is, you know what I mean. Just put parameters on what can and can't be purchased and let the computer do the rest. I believe that sometimes something outside the parameters may be needed so perhaps a monthly "anytime" dollars amount can be set as well to be used on essentially anything. | /r/MensRights | 04/05/12 04:09 AM
Model asks judge to force man to pay $46,000 a month for "child support."no one in power cares enough Exactly. The framework is already there in the form of food stamps so adding another branch to a government agency that essentially does this already wouldn't be that difficult. | /r/MensRights | 04/05/12 03:33 AM
Model asks judge to force man to pay $46,000 a month for "child support."Why not do it like food stamps? The kid gets an account that child support is being paid into and the primary caregiver has access via credit card. The card can be used for things the child needs like food, clothes, books, etc. but not for other things like $400 shoes, jewelry etc. If anything goes on the card that's more than $100, it gets flagged and inquired into to prevent fraud. Any money left over is the kid's to keep after they turn 21. Edit: Accidentally the age. | /r/MensRights | 04/05/12 03:06 AM

CVS Refuses To Sell Texas Man Emergency Contraception For His Wife, Suggests He’s A Rapist (X-post from /r/news.)I used to work in CVS as an intern and in multiple others in NY and NJ and I can tell you that this is not representative of the pharmacy profession. I used to sell Plan B to practically anyone that had ID on them or looked at least over 27. I'm planning to get my license sometime next year and I wanted to say that the ethics demonstrated by this pharmacist were extremely poor. | /r/MensRights | 07/01/12 06:32 PM
