Depends on the situation. One bad marriage at a young age is different to someone 5 times divorced with 8 kids to different people.

Stats are not right. They include repeat offenders. Someone who has divorced once, is more likely to divorce a second, third, fourth time and more. These people scew up the stats.

There are endless examples of conventionally unattractive men partnered with attractive women. Very few vice versa, though. Also, the bar is very low for what passes as "attractive " for men.

I didn't say NOTHING is important. Status, wealth, education and ( unfortunately, in last place) personality are what determine men. But not attractiveness, unless its for a one night stand. Source: msc psychology under a supervisior who specializes in intimate relationships

Looks are not important for a mans worth. Looks are VERY important for a woman's worth. Men are allowed to be unattractive, and it has almost no consequences I can't believe you are complaining about this

I can't stand them. Non ending sessions. Therapists don't even offer solution, they just reflect back what yhe client is saying. Not to mention, in some cases they can actually do harm. Therapists just get oaid to be psuedo, one sided " friends " without receiving what a friend would recieve. These people would get far more out of a friendship, or even a volunteer situation. But they need to learn to be there for the other person, as well. Therapists have no demands, other than money. Friends wa…

Therapy is a tiny part of psychology. In fact, therapy is highly controversial within psychology. I hold an msc in psychology, and have nothing to do with therapy. I believe that therapy should target a specific situation, give the tools to the client to handle whatever happened, then move on. Not this endless series of sessions. Also, don't look at the first years, see who got through to second year, and then see how many go on to postgraduate studies.

Zero. His job is house and kids. When I was on zero income, I made sure he did zero housework. Obviously, there are exceptions. If there are a lot of kids, or special needs, or a disability etc

Rape is rape, no doubt. Having sex because one is afraid of the consequences, is rape. Having sex against one's will, is rape. Being forced to have sex, is rape. Having sex when you arent REALLY in the mood, but do it as a favour for a partner, without any consequences at all if you don't ( sulking is a consequence) thats not rape. If a partner asks for sex, and one agrees, knowing they can disagree, is not rape.

The study is conflating sex with a partner when not rely in the mood, with rape by a stranger. Sooiler: its not the same thing.

Can confirm. I had a massive stroke at 29. Was in a wheelchair, doubled my body weight in 12 months, my hair fell out. I had boils all over my face. THE most promiscuous period of my life. No regrets. I regret being so concerned about my attractiveness as a young, healthy and attractive woman, though. I am doing well now, monogamous and happily married. 10th anniversary coming up. I honestly think that phase helped me, and I am grateful I didn’t catch anything nasty

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
