How heartbreaking, talk about long con on the husband’s part!Am I the only person here who thinks it's a good idea to record someone when they start talking like this, because it could be useful in divorce proceedings? | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 02/02/22 06:58 PM

How heartbreaking, talk about long con on the husband’s part!I feel like this awful guy will probably deny everything he said, and just blame it all on the alcohol. | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 02/02/22 06:43 PM
Is this a trait of a narcissist or maybe borderline personality disorder?I recently recorded my sister on my cell phone when she was on a rant, because something told me she would be denying everything she said, or screeched for that matter. I don't know if I can safely play it back for any of them, but it's there for my sanity at least. | /r/Divorce_Men | 01/12/21 12:35 PM
Is this a trait of a narcissist or maybe borderline personality disorder? This is true, but taking responsibility for one's actions is the only way people can truly learn. Accountability is also the healthy, and honorable way. My most recent ex-boyfriend literally slapped me on the arm for some bullshit reason, and then completely denied it within seconds It boggles my mind, because couldn't ever do any of that. I used to call it Dr. Jekyll, and Mr. Hyde, but now in retrospect it feels like the Devil. This stuff me want to videotape all my interactions with people. | /r/Divorce_Men | 01/12/21 12:28 PM
Is this a trait of a narcissist or maybe borderline personality disorder? What you're describing really, and truly sounds like my most recent ex-boyfriend from four years ago. I'm pretty sure that my parents were narcissists, my mother more so than my father. My ex was so much like my mother that it was scary, and she initially took his side when I left. My mother is, and my ex was, and probably still is quite good at rewriting history. It's truly terrifying. | /r/Divorce_Men | 01/12/21 12:23 PM

Is this a trait of a narcissist or maybe borderline personality disorder?I think a lot of people want to analyze, and work through this so they can hopefully avoid the same problems in the future. I think it's important to learn to spot the red flags of this kinda stuff. I've heard both men, and women say that they are magnets for toxic people, but I kinda tend to think that a lot of people come from dysfunctional families, and have trauma bonded to one, or both of their toxic parents so they continue to be attracted to, and attract toxic people, because it feels lik… | /r/Divorce_Men | 01/12/21 12:12 PM
