A person, no matter how they're dressed, is still a person who should be treated with respect until their actions prove otherwise. Appreciating a woman's attractiveness is totally fine. 3	To women that seek out partners a foot taller than them... Why? I think your example is a rare case. In reality most tall guys I know are well built and proportionate for their height. Obviously some tall men are skinny but most of them would be teenage boys/young men who haven't grown into their bodies yet (and wouldn't be attractive to the majority of women anyways).
