I remember being told I was normal at 397 or something. But I'm in my fucking 20s, I'm tired mostly, skinny fat for days, even after 8 months are dedicated gym sessions 3 days a week. Now I'm just skinny fat but stronger and my legs have definition. So tired of this shit. Now I'm a truck driver so a lot of this advice is hard for me to actually do.

I am on Season 4 currently. I very much enjoyed TNG (first series I watched). I watched DS9 right after. DS9 reallllly grew on me, by far the best characters but man the storyline got a bit dull towards the end, but I didn't realize how much I'd miss Quark and Odo until the show was over and I started Voyager. Voyager has a great story arch but none of the characters are THAT important to me, even now in Season 4
