3	Curious, isn't it? I don't know where you are in Germany but my experience in Brandenburg (several month-long stays) is very different. The pool is fine, and in summer I didn't think twice about wearing dresses. Never noticed anything on my, admittedly short, trips to other areas either. I don't think it's a widespread thing. 3	Free Friday - July 07, 2017 Oh, that sounds great! My roommates and I created a garden at the foot of our building. It's a lot of work and really keeps you busy but it's also so rewarding! You definitely made a good choice here. I love taking my son out there to "help" me water, and pick a tomato (which I let him try!), and just point out the plants to him. 2	Check In #1 - Summer 2017 Challenge! Like I said in the other thread, my Inner Beauty goal for the summer is to learn how to apply makeup (I've never worn any). Progress: I bought some stuff and I'm trying to ease into it -- I've played around with eyeshadow, lipstick, eyeliner and even mascara but it still feels like too much and not me to wear around, at least for now. I'm not US-based so I don't think we'll have all the same products but we do have Sephora, so I'll keep all this in mind when I head over there. Do you think foundation is necessary for a "basic" look?
