It doesn’t matter what happens in the rest of the world if you plan on raising him in America. Uncircumcised boys are bullied by their male peers. It probably also involves infanticide of males. This would inevitably evolve into the persecution of females who produce mostly male offspring, regardless of the fact that sperm decides gender.
