How were you meeting these women? It sounds like it was pre-app era, so were these just public encounters that you gamed?

Buy a watch. The number one reason why people go for their phone is to check the time. Eliminate the need to do that and you start cutting out the possible incidences of "Oh, well, while I have it out, let me check..."

Responsible use is fine. Just be vigilant and make sure it doesn't become a hindrance to your success.

Free testosterone drops, which is different than your body just getting sapped of all T. Sounds like you just need to get your exercise habit back to keep high energy levels!

Two things happened: a setup and a trigger. The setup was some psychological experiments that he took part in (that do have some connections to MKULTRA, but were not directly part of the program) that involved basically tearing down the subject's belief systems. It's important to note that these happened while he was in undergrad at Harvard, at 17 years old. He became far more reclusive and moody after this. The trigger was industrial development in Montana. He had been living in his cabin outsi…

He never published what times he took his tests at. If he took a T test at 4pm, it's going to be waaaaay lower than if he took it at 8am. Brett seems like a great guy, but he makes money off of views, so he has an incentive to inflate results.

Hand position while choking is important. You want to blood choke her, that's what gives the lightheaded feeling. Wind choked are just straight up dangerous and she won't even feel it as well, so less coming back for your dick.

You underestimate how vapid daytime talk shows and popular culture can be. People get obsessed over the smallest thing to involve a celebrity.

Seriously, anyone who wouldn't is missing a prime opportunity. Just close your eyes, get it over with, and then take in tens of thousands in television appearances. You might even get a book deal out of it.

Awesome, thanks for the information! Your last statement rings incredibly true.

Out of interest, what kind of jobs can you get with a maths degree? I don't have any friends that went that route, so I'm intrigued what options there are outside of research.

The first martial arts class is always the hardest. Good job on pushing through. The cardio comes with time. Start running in the mornings, even just a quick 15min run will seriously accelerate your cardio development.

If you go this route, make sure to taper off that coffee later during the day. Sleep is always the most important part of your day.

Injuries are relatively rare if you don't compete. Find a good gym that's run by coolheaded people, the gym culture will be a healthy one. Focus on technique over everything else. You'll get banged up, for sure. Every person that does MA for more than 5 years has at least one decent injury. It'll suck for a few months, but nothing life altering.

Unfortunately, the downside to fucking a tall girl is that that specific choke is super hard to get. Usually just end up barely getting around the base of her neck. I tend to just smack her ass twice as often and really crank on the hair.

You could make a killing in SF. The amount of BP in that city is incredible.

Just remember to keep it shaped and maintained. A scraggly, unkempt beard is unsightly and will instantly create an impression of lack of caring.

You can definitely get bigger than that naturally. Albeit, you'll have to sacrifice some leanness, but you can pack on far more muscle.

Sadly Ol Billy Boy has sadly begun drifting towards the Blue Pill. His wife is a toxic leech on him and is slowly influencing him with her SJW shit.

Some RPers take raising their n-count too seriously. Women come and go. We'll have plenty of opportunities to bag them. But good men who motivate you, push you and help you fight through any negative circumstances are hard to come by. You're 100% in the right.

Look into Brazilian jiu jitsu. That's less taxing on the body, you might be able to pick that up. A lot of MMA training refers back to BJJ concepts anyway. Also, trust me, a lot of those physical issues will go away once you start hitting the gym. Back pain is largely due to your other muscle groups being underdeveloped.

So out of interest, what should older people do to avoid it? My uncle is cracking 75 this year and still insists on shoveling his own snow. He's in decent shape (active hiker), but I still worry about him overestimating his capabilities. Sorry for bringing this off topic, just never seen that explanation before.

Great overall guide with some great app suggestions. I think the main takeaway from this that needs to be integrated into default RP advice is taking notes when reading. You should always read actively. Take notes, refer to a dictionary, pull specific quotes. Those things will really help burn the lessons from books into your brain.

Increased amounts of sugar, high levels of processed carbs, and yes, trams fats, have all made American diet horrible. Add in the fact that the average American now eats out more than they cook for themselves and the obesity epidemic is easily explained, even before delving into the issues regarding our increasingly sedentary lifestyles.

Agreed. The ammo is cheap enough that you can practice your fundamentals frequently, without incurring a lot of expenses.

Regarding that quote, someone up above summed it up well. Women are children. They don't want to accept any responsibility, thus modern feminism. They are no longer to blame for any of their actions, it's all the fault of the patriarchy.

They're role models to women all over America and it's disgusting. And now girls will think that they deserve someone with 22 Grammies, because, well 21 just doesn't cut it. Because you're special and beautiful and #Fierce. Pathetic.

Agreed. Fiction gets a bad rap anytime reading is mentioned on RP. Go and read Hemingway and tell me that you can't take things away from fiction.

I was going to say, this guy has a pretty swell situation financially. She says that his parents are gone for the majority of the year, which means that he still retains a solid degree of freedom, while also saving a significant amount of cash. Good on him. Hopefully he can get his health in order so he can enjoy it to the fullest.

Women are not the end goal of why you take the pill. Women are a side benefit. Some people skew TRP to be purely about women and getting laid, and while they're free to do so, they miss the point. Do you have a decent sum of money in your bank account? Go fly to Iceland and relax in nature for a few days. Hit up a hot spring and decompress. Go sailing in the BVIs for two weeks. Drink Mojitos on the deck and stare into that beautiful blue ocean, full of mystery and possibility, the same as life. …

Definitely check out all of his episodes with Steve Rinella, who he just had on today! Lots of fantastic conversations about hunting, conservation, self-reliance, and self-reflection. They're good friends outside of the podcast, so they have a brilliant rapport. Joe has a lot of respect for him, so he never cuts him off or talks over him, but instead they have this fantastic back and forth. In chronological order: #442 #709 #879

Sadly, for some of us who live in cities, sleeping to the rhythm of the sun is difficult. I need to draw my curtains and shutters, or else the streetlights will keep me up all night. It makes me miss my summers at my father's lakefront cottage when I was younger. I would be woken up at 6am and be perfectly content with it. It was a wonderful feeling to brew that first cup of tea and work through a few chapters while the sun was still rising over the water.

Exactly this. The most important thing is starting. Diet correction will help you immediately lose weight. Additionally, for the first few months of lifting, it is entirely possible to lose fat and gain muscle.

A lot of posture problems come down to the lower back doing a ton of extra work because most people's hamstrings, glutes, abs and upper back aren't worked at all. By strengthening those, your body literally pulls itself back together. Just remember to work on your diet as well. You need to be getting a good macro balance to maintain that energy level and have your gains be visual as well. Stay swole brother.
