I think it depends strongly on the person. I, for example, have a much harder time to get to the talking phase. But when I get there, I can almost always get to relationship-ish status. For me, it would look like this: Friends (70%) --> Talking (5~10%) --> Dating (80%) --> Relationship (75%). Just to be sure where talking about the same percentages: Of the women that I encounter on a regular basis, I would consider about 70% become some sort of friend. It doesn't seem like you've done anything wrong. That's what makes it even more difficult to accept. But that's what I mean that you can't try to rationalize it. You can keep asking such questions 'what did I do wrong?' or 'why would someone treat other persons like that?', while the answer is probably the most logical but also painful one: She's actually just not interested in keeping in touch and was saying those thing to appear friendly. I feel you man. One lesson I've learned the hard way in life is that sometimes you can't try to understand people and their reasoning. The way how she treats you, based on what you wrote, is indeed kinda disrespectful to you. I wouldn't reach out to her, keep that streak of self-respect. It's a pretty obvious case where she meant more for you than you did for her. You probably won't receive an answer, based on what you wrote. And even if you receive one, it's highly unlikely she'll actually be t…

Disagree. I do agree with the writer that you need more in your life than just chasing women and doing cold approaches. Visiting places and hanging around for the sole purpose of cold approaching is indeed needy. Instead, you should indeed try to increase your value as much as possible, as the writer noted. This can be by excelling at your job, having hobbies, dressing well, working out, create a solid social circle where you have fun with as much as possible. Increasing your value should be you…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
