The problem with dudes once they start self-improvement is that your social skills usually take a hit because you spent so much time analyzing and breaking down everything especially yourself. I’m 210lb now and have a good amount of muscle from working out and MMA from over the years. Ratio? It usually only takes me 3-4 girls to talk to before I hook one, but many times I just snipe one out that I find hot and see if can run my game. I don’t “ mass approach” hard asf like old pickup coaches tell you to do and how I use to do , but this is again because I don’t need to anymore. Warm or Cold.
