What I feel is more akin to having my legal rights violated and dismissed as if I weren't a US citizen or an excellent, caring and loving father. She didn't want to look at the evidence becaise that would take too.much time and instead made her own determination. The judge didn't even look at the evidence. There is no such thing as fathers rights or justice in custody court. If you get a biased judge who shows up late and is as obnoxious, abrasive, and self-absorbed as Judge Judy(my judge was the spitting image of JJ), your child's mother will win.
