But there are ways to go about this. We shouldn't promote morbid obesity and I don't think anyone is really advocating for that. Exercising is important. Eating healthy too. We are not promoting being overweight. But we also don't need to shame fat people to get the message across. The same way you don't go out on the street and put out cigarettes that people are smoking, you shouldn't go around calling names to heavier folks in an attempt to make them healthier. It's just so dumb... Shaming a heavier person in any context would be dumb enough, but doing it at the gym is even dumber. What are they even going to say? "You need to lose some weight, you fat fuck" "I know, ma'am, that's why I'm here." It's like going to a Coding 101 and telling everyone they suck because they don't know enough about coding.

And that's great, that allows me to reduce any implicit biases I may have while reading the article... Y'know, equality, which should be the goal h…

Implicit Biases are tough. You have identified something that's happening to you in regards to it, which is honestly great. Half of the work on these things is noticing they're happening and be willing to work on them. You've done both at this point. That's massive progress, you go. With regards to being her fault, that's exactly the mindset you need to have with these things. I know it's not nearly the same, but I sometimes get to referee some tournaments and when I was starting out I always fe…

This woman needs to play Far Cry. I don't understand how she gets completely destroyed multiple times and STILL does a "I'll fuckin do it again" Goofy meme...

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
