In an ideal situation she will text you herself that she had a great time, otherwise I would be very cautious in engaging this type of conversation, especially when you are a beginner. You don't want to make the fact you had sex too big of a deal, it's important to stay in frame afterward and signal it was good and nothing else. I believe that the ego most of the time works against us, that's why I'm so interested in stoicism. For me it's a vehicle to reach enlightenment. If the desire to reach enlightenment is ego driven or not is a whole other discussion.

Personally I found Meditations one of the easier works to read, although I read it in Dutch (my native tongue) instead of in English; the English version was hard for me as well. I've heard good things about "A Guide to the Good Life: The Ancient Art of Stoic Joy" by William Irvine. I don't know myself yet as I've just ordered it. Exactly. The more I get into stoicism, the more I hate reading things on this sub. Most posts are about making the ego happy, not something I want in my life to be honest. I do not chase pussy the way I used to, however the more I become a stoic and the more I work on my virtues, more women notice me.

This post comes at the perfect time for me. I was walking around town today and started to notice slight IOIs (I'm now 40 days into my keto lifestyle combined with 5x5 lifting; lost 10 kg/22 lbs of fat so far). It's a good thing to have your personal finance in check, but buying stuff becomes addictive. When you buy stuff, your brain releases dopamine so you feel good. In all fairness, she was the second LTR I was in and it was the most crazy one I've ever been in since. The girl I had after that had manageable emotions. My second LTR I got after I got into game, but I mostly worked on outer game and was still a beta inside and put her on a pedestal. When I look back, the girl was fucked up because of different things that had happened before she knew me, but the drugs made it ten times worse.

I laughed so hard at the hobo-stick part, hehe. In my beta days I used to date a girl that was doing loads of hard drugs without me knowing it. Well, of course I did notice her erratic behavior and ended things because of it. It wasn't until months later I discovered she did drugs and this was the reason her emotions were even more fucked up than it normally would've been.

Having to micromanage everything will burn you out in the end. I agree with OP on many levels, but there are things that a woman can do fine, as long as there are limits. The things you touched upon are examples of this.
