She sounds very immature, and if I was her partner I would be annoyed she was ringing her ex and talking about our sex life ( true or not)

As someone who lived with an ex for a year after splitting, don't do it. It can be a serious head fuck.

She's been preparing for this for more than a decade, this is still fresh for you. Take time to process , seek therapy and then learn to be a kick ass single dad. Hit the gym , focus on hobbies, friends, kids. If you too get back together so be It. But it's time to be selfish and focus on yourself

The App in the UK is terribly glitchy, matches appear then disappear then reappear at will. Messages take ages to get through. Notifications are slow , And the distance you set is totally ignored.

Your conversations with her should cover practical stuff like kids , finances etc. You should set boundaries on what is acceptable to discuss.

She's using the fact you want her back and keeping you simmer so you can sign loans and give money. She wanted the divorce let her sink or swim.

Yeah I worry about the comfort and home feel. My ex is an interior designer and knows how to make a home feel welcoming. The house purchase has broken the bank for at least 6 months so any major decorations etc will need to wait.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
