The ability to not work. That doesn't mean not working, but the ability to CHOOSE what to work on is what I deem the good life. Of course, money also plays a part, in that I am able to explore additional hobbies.

Mental Fortitude/Developemnt Ego is the Enemy by Ryan Holiday The Slight Edge by Jeff Olsen I'd suggest reading these first so that you absorb and actually read the other books on this list. Both snap you out of the complacent mindset and gets you going on the self-improvement fast track.

Why are you a pussy? You WANT her. Why haven't you asked her out?

Do things you like, and attract girls in those fields. Unfortunately, you want hot sorority girls, and therefore, you need to become a frat bro to get that easy access. If not, its still possible, just way harder, as you are aware. I'm not that kinda guy You think you're special? Get off your high horse and dick around with bros, thats how you get a close group of friends. Provide good banter. You're too "cool" for that, so you hamster away. If you really wanted to use the $1-2k building your ex…

Your fixation on other people's relationship indicate a severe lack of plates on your part.

You either succumb to your feelings like a woman, or you rise above them like a man. Those are your two options. Stop posting useless questions and go out there and DO.

You want to actually reverse it? Get to a position of power where you are able to. Head of a newspaper, a media company, a politician, etc. Its useless asking for solutions to fix society on TRP.

The goal of it, is to be happy with who you are, no matter what job you have or what materials you possess. We are not telling you to not care about your goals and your ambitions. They are your goals and ambitions for a reason. You are meant to try hard to accomplish them. Also, outcome independence is usually referred to when talking about interactions with women and people. You don't care what they think or how they react to what you say, to ensure your vibe is as natural as possible. You don'…

My comment still stands. Why bother with this inconsequential shit when you could've still had fun with the people on your end of the table? Low value men worry about this shit, high value men do not.

Tough luck being a short guy. Forever be a coward and cry about genetics, or try to improve aspects that you can ACTUALLY improve? The ball is in your court. Your face being scarred also sucks. But you can't change the past, only the future. Keep crying about it or.....make BANK so that you can afford plastic surgery and/or makeup? I think crying is easier, making bank is hard. But whats more worth it? Living alone for the rest of your life and being insecure is a good goal to have....right? Edi…

I eat shit 3-4 out of 5 meals. You identified your own fucking problem dude. My lifting and cardio are pretty damn good for a big guy ?? if GLO was here, he would probably request numbers and then tell you that you probably aren't lifting as much as you could be. There are hella guides on TRP and Reddit itself on dieting guidance. Man up and go research, but more importantly, go DO. Cut out your beer/sodas for water. Cut out your junk food. Start reading nutritional labels and realize what you p…

Was that seat next/across to her BF? If it was, its clearly gentlemanly to fucking let them sit together because the party is FOR HIM, not you. A man doesn't give a fuck about this shit. Its not even a sign of disrespect in my book if she just wanted to sit close to her BF. In either case, if she just took your seat for no reason, then you could simply say "don't you want to sit next to your bf?" But this is all fucking inconsequential. If you want to really be a man and handle your own shit, yo…

Lack of exercise and eating. You identified your own godamned problem. Either you "man up" and do the steps necessary to feel better about yourself (exercise, eat right, accomplish goals). Or forever commit yourself to being a loser. The ball has always been in your field. Also fuck finding motivation. It's all discipline. If you can't accomplish your own goals, you're not interesting. If you're not interesting, who the fuck would want to be your friend? We haven't even brought girls into the eq…

As a follow up, don't allow long discussions on the particular reasons (no girl wants to hear that you want to try other girls) of the breakup. Just end it nicely, hear her out for 2-3min. Say sorry, you've made your mind up. and LEAVE. don't sit there for 30mins drawing it out so that she gets closure. The point is that YOU get closure, and she is left hamstering. This is to fulfill your own plan of having a chance to hook up with her in the future.

Yes, it is possible for you to break this relationship up amicably but it requires a bit of foresight. Obviously you want to fuck other girls. Obviously, the long distance won't work out. Just be a man, and tell her straight up that college is a time for both of you to figure out who you actually are and to explore other aspects of yourselves. Say you wish the best for her, and hope that you guys can perhaps try again after college, if life allows. Remember, oneitis. You think shes special, but …

Mate, don't let the hamster in your head run wild. As TRP states, always assume attraction. There are definitely signs of attraction from her, it's just you're too much of a pussy to act upon it. All it requires is a snap-chat: "Meet me at <location> at <time>, see you then!" and bam you got yourself a date. From there, just have fun for a bit, then isolate and escalate. I mean for fuck sakes, you have the best wingman....her BROTHER has probably said good things about you to her as well.

This is what I understand from reading your post: White girl is embarrassed due to getting looks of shame by other white people. She is ashamed of your Indian heritage. That in and of itself, means that she is not long-term material. My advice is to fuck her as long as you can while looking for other options and then jump ship. Shes not the only white girl out there. If you can get one, you get another. Don't worry, and improve yourself.

Never confront the idea of exclusivity/relationships seriously when you are with them. Always assume the superior position and let them know you have other options. You can drag this on for a bit, but there will come a time where its either 1) be exclusive with her or 2) never see her again and then you can give them the ultimatum of no, I don't want to settle. Remember, the girls are not yours, its just currently your turn.

Have used that before; very different reactions from different types of girls. I like to use "shit and giggles" too, if you're not in a private environment. The key, like vandaalen said, is smirk/grin afterwards and ensure its a fun atmosphere.

Don't guard your mate. You fell into the exclusivity trap, whether you want it or not. If she wants to hang out with roommates, let her. Just say OK, leave and hit the gym or do other shit. Don't make your life revolve around someone else, find other interesting things to do without her. Jesus. You're literally saying that in your free time, you just want to cuddle with her and not do anything else worthy/interesting. Can't you see how a girl would be put off by that?

Two things. Firstly, you need to be comfortable with silence. Look her in the eyes, smile/grin and wait for her to talk. Its OK to be silent, she'll be the one panicking in her brain, while you as a man should be calm. Secondly, if you really need to talk, just talk about anything. Observe things around you, learn how to thread conversations, make statements not questions, etc.

Disclaimer: Not married, but seems like you need to research dread game, has helped me tons in long-term relationships. Essentially, what are you doing in your spare time with your wife? I know you have kids, and you bring in the bank. Is hiring a babysitter OK? If so, you should then spend your free time pursuing your own interests outside of your wife. Show her that you don't need her to be a functioning man (even though you want her). Another thing is if she actually says "Sort yourself out",…

Fact is he isn't around for people to congratulate him on his great inventions and if you step back, so fucking what? "thanks for inventing the light bulb, that has nothing to do with my life at the moment..." was how I interpreted it.

Yes, we are just specks in the cosmos. Yes, on the large scale of time, we are very insignificant. There is absolutely no reason to live, no reason to do anything. So why dont you just go kill yourself? Or, there is equally no reason to NOT do anything. If you have the slightest shred of ambition, you would want to contribute something to society, to the human race. You would want to be known for something. Would you rather be like Edison, his legacy forever known or be known for a brief moment …

Its alright. You're young and no one is perfect. Not me, not even the ECs. There are things a man can always improve upon. Don't worry too much, you have a whole lifetime ahead of you. It's easy to get lost in the idea of success, but true success comes from the day-to-day hacking at your goals and slowly improving. With regards to your girl, keep being detached unless you secure a date or its a face to face interaction in school. Don't be the back up text-bitch that her ex definitely is. A text…

You're thinking too much into it. If you are actually correct when you say you see them getting interested then it should be easy from there. Just be more of a physical person, use touch while you talk. Walking alongside a girl, make sure your shoulders touch from time to time. When laughing with her, hold deep eye contact. When saying hi or saying bye, hug. Just touch appropriately, and if you isolate, just fucking go for a kiss and take it from there. The worst shes gonna do is turn her cheek …

I hope you really are as fit / smart as you think you are. (Hopefully all As? -> a good university will bring you 10x more advantages than this one lay). But if you really have your grades sorted as you say you do, and want to focus on "beating" the other guy and getting this girl: then you just have carry the conversation (make it more fun and flirty than her ex), use kino and touch her (appropriately) and keep trying to escalate when you are alone with her. If you've already been on a date, th…
