AGREED. I just sat in a weekly team meeting where the "fun question of the week" was: What do you think our deptartment could be doing to be a more inclusive employer and support women in leadership? Thank you for this. As a male, I have always felt like the school system was always fighting against me. Seeing my female peers excel with ease and with very little effort. I am by no means an uneducated or stupid individual that did not try hard in school. I agree with this fellow saying males like to challenge ideals and facts being taught. Amen to that brother. I always say mansplaining aint a thing. Its called being CONDESCENDING. Both genders do it and we do not need to genderize being condescending because at the end of the day if youre being condescending youre a dick head.
