Nah, dude. I'm have masculine characteristics and dont have a hard time gaining muscle mass. Why would you think it gets better later? Because of hormonal balance or like, experience and shit?

Should I test for it as a teen? I'm 16 and sometimes I find myself having these thoughts too. Maybe it is a common thing for the unexperienced? I still try and ignore them though

God no. More like a never-ending lean bulk. My genetics are good too, both my parents have athletic bodies at 50+ yo.(Dad's on trt tho) I got 17 kg in two years and that is not such of an exceptional gain, but keeping my bf below 12% all the time made the result come reeeeeal slow. Also, i started at 108lb/1.74m so i was a horrendous twig.

Maybe cutting out delts and arms isolation exercises from my workouts to improve the rest, right? The thing is some parts are much bigger than others that are undeveloped such as traps, chest and forearms.

It may stress you for a while, but that depends of how deep in TRP you are. Something similar happened to me in July and the best advice I can give you is: Dont trust any feeling that says she is the best, this is just your brain tricking you; these feelings Will Go away sometime.

"letting go" is definitely my problem. I have no problem going on dates with any girl, but cold approach makes me extremely anxious and afraid of rejection. I spin plates and am pretty hot overall, but this fear of rejection is so rooted in my subconscious that I always have a hard time to cold approach.
