Same reason here, haha. I'm 20 and I study in Europe

Yeah, me too. RPWs really are a secret society.

It's just natural for me, I've always been positive. However, lately I've become even more positive than usually. I've realised that when I'm being negative and complaining, I'm actually sort of 'hurting' other people because I'm sending negative energy that makes me less pleasant to be around and I'm hurting myself too because it makes me feel worse (and often it's something I have no control over anyway so why stress about it? As Mark Twain said: I've had a lot of worries in my life, most of w…

I'm an introvert and also an INTJ (don't know if you're up on Myers Briggs) I'm INFP! It seems like it's pretty easy for women with this type to be RPWs since we are natural people-pleasers :)

Pleasant personality, feminine and submissive, positive, laid-back, good at cooking and baking, no self-esteem issues, mentally stable, people-pleaser, nurturing, regular work-out routine, for some reason considered funny and cute, playful, open-minded, good at writing and languages, good listener, empathetic.

No driving licence, a bit too overweight (BMI of 21.7, trying to get down to 20.85), not fit (though working out), insecurity, a bit too high self-esteem/entitlement (not humble enough), procrastination, laziness, sometimes a bit too submissive (not standing up for myself), not taking responsibility, not very mature, somewhat bad at handling life, very laid-back (this can be both a strength and a flaw), bad at taking care of my hair, bad at accomplishing my goals, shyness, too few hobbies, not t…

Painting my nails, dressing up, doing make-up, cooking and trying out new recipes, working out, practicing niceness, deferring to men.

Would you say that confidence is attractive in women? I've heard it many times but it seems a bit like a projection of what's considered attractive in men.

Another question: how important is not drinking alcohol in being an RPW who's looking for an LTR? I've never been blackout drunk to the point of having a hungover/losing memory/vomitting from drinking (nor am I planning too) and I'm definitely not addicted to alcohol. However, I do enjoy a beer or two or a glass of wine 1-2 a week in a company of friend(s). I also go to a party (at home or in club) approx. once every 2-3 month but I usually return home around midnight and I never sleep around (m…

Hi RPW, Approx. a week ago I went on a crossfit first 'date' with a sigma-ish guy (I wrote more about it here and here) and it went well since he she intiated some kino (touching my lower back, high-fiving and hugging) and flirted with me. He also said that he would like to meet again and I told him that he can just text me or knock on my door after my exam last Friday. However, he hasn't texted me ever since. Should I text him or assume he's not interested? If he's not interested, then it's not…

He simply isn't interested for some reason. Do you have any idea why? I have no idea why. Maybe I haven't made good enough impression. Do you think I should contact him? Or should I just let it go?

Specially in Scandinavia where young men are shamed for all kinds of stuff as I'm sure you know. (Male privilege, being white, racism, sexism, being masculinine and alpha, etc etc.) Yeah, I've definitely noticed it here. And you can't even point it out due to the PC. So how's your situation with him now? You're officially a couple? Still dating? Had sex yet? Not a couple and haven't had sex yet. We were only on this one 'date' which ended with a hug. He said he would like to meet again and I tol…

I think that masculine women aren't attractive enough for masculine men who have options so they settle for white knights or feminine men instead (AF/BB).

It's definetly unnatural and against the norms of society and our young generation to coldly approach random women in Scandinavia. Let alone get away with it succesfully... Yeah, it's very unusual in Scandinavia, I think. It seems like Scandinavian countries are even more feminist than US and the feminisation of men is even more apparent here than it is in America which makes this guy stand out even more. I wouldn't be surprised if he was redpilled. Can you tell me what he said when he approache…

I won't deny that height does matter to some degree. If I was to choose between two guys who were equally awesome but one of them was taller than the other, then yes, I would probably go for the taller guy. However, this guy has a very attractive personality (very confident, dominant and masculine) and is also the only guy that has asked me out recently so I'm still interested in him and don't consider his height an issue. Moreover, when we talked for the first time I didn't even really notice t…

I don't know exactly but I'm 178 and he was probably in the 165-175 range but I'm terrible at guessing height. Just shows that it doesn't matter too much.

Haha, I was trying to figure it out too and I couldn't. Women have nothing to complain about anymore so maybe they're just demonstrating for no specific reason? I wouldn't be surprised.

Is it just me or do other women find these men repulsive? No, it's not just you. I also consider this kind of behaviour from a man a turn-off. I just came back from a date during which the guy was basically ordering me around (obviously in a respectful way but he was definitely leading), even though he's shorter than me, and that's one of the main reasons why I want to meet him again. This is probably the only place where I can say that without being judged, though lol.

I just came back. It went pretty well and he wants to meet again :)

Hello, I've been reading RPW for approx. a year and posted here a few times using two different accounts (but forgot my passwords lol). I'm 20 yo and currently single (or in a monk mode of sorts as I'm trying to improve my looks and personality, as well as cultivate my hobbies) but I had one boyfriend whom I dated for 7 months. I always felt odd as I never understood feminism but I felt like I was the only against it so I never spoke about it. That's why I'm so glad to finally meet like-minded w…

I think the advice from your mother is terrible, sorry. Haha, no problem, she's quite BP. Maybe I should stop listening to her dating advice! And thanks for the answer :)

Haha, thanks for the answer! And a very nice story with the rollerblade 'date'! That's certainly more creative than a regular coffee date lol. That being said, it's not so much that I'm worried that I won't enjoy crossfit but rather that I will turn him off. That's because I'm pretty sure he wouldn't approach me if it wasn't for my looks and I definitely will look worse during crossfit if I get all sweaty and wear workout clothes instead of a nice dress :p I'm also afraid that we won't even get …

I've heard that men are attracted to the red color, hence the red dress effect and personally I've noticed men stare at me more when I'm wearing a red dress too. Moreover, I'm a natural light blonde and I've been called cute, sweet and innocent by men and I believe I wouldn't be called that as frequently if I was dark-haired. However, I've noticed many men actually prefer brunettes and perceive blondes as dumber, more shallow and more slutty on average so I don't think the hair color matters tha…
