Yeah it really does strip us down. The thing is, one must remember that the face of humanity seen through the internet is not the true face of humanity. Well, I should say it is all there, but we have a tendency to focus on the worst aspects and ignore the good. Negativity just garners more attention than positivity. If a baby is born in town and a person is murdered in town, guess what is going to make the news. You see this in a much bigger scale online. People like to talk about the horrible …

Reddit site wide rules. They will ban subs for that shit. It encourages harassment, and that is illegal. They want none of it, I don't blame them. It's not like harassing an asshole is less illegal than harassing a non asshole.

Hey now, why you have to get all left and right about this shit. Damn you 2016! You turned reddit from a place where people just hated each other to a place where people hate each other and somehow everything is political. Dude is just a dick, leave it at that. There are massive dicks everywhere, left right up down, even in Sweden, I know I know..., Cunts too, lets not for get them, left cunts, right cunts, left dicks right dicks. There are also a lot more reasonable people who just happen to sh…

Well, we move on from some shit. Other shit not so much. Men and women are equally idiotic really, just in different ways. We are all human, and humans are incredibly flawed. Myself included, it's just my flaws don't include acting like a total dick to random people or telling others how to live their lives. My flaws are more of the "happy just barely scraping by" variety, seemingly innocuous but known to cause problems down the line. That sounded pretty morose, people can be idiots, but we can …

I have never actually seen a misbehaved man on a plane, or woman. Most people I have seen have just sat in their seats like a normal person, not taken pictures of random strangers or whatever these bitches think men are doing on planes that is so horrible, spreading their legs I guess. Granted I have not been on many planes, balance of probability says that my experiences give a general idea of what plane goers tend to act like.

It was a cunt move. If it was a guy it would have been a dick move. It's just a gender specific insult for crying out loud. People say all sorts of horrible shit but the second someone says "cunt" people get all upset and start tossing out the old standby, hey someone said something bad about a woman must be an angry virgin. Or it could just be an angry person who has had sex a normal amount of time for his or her age. Don't have to be a virgin to call someone a cunt. In fact some of the biggest…

He didn't punch her at all. I have seen this one before, and not all sped up like a Bruce Lee movie. They were both open handed slaps in response to closed fisted punches. He went easy on them.

What is the article about. I mean, if it is about homeless women, then I can see why they would put it that way.

It would be nice if we had more of the thread to work with. Like what the fuck they were talking about. Did someone threaten her? Or are we talking about not liking the way someone looked. Two very different situations in which someone could feel unsafe. I agree with your point at it's core, but some people in here are giving reasons why you could be wrong "if this" or "if that".

For the Nazis it was, that is exactly why using feelings as a starting point is a bad idea. If peoples feelings are racist or bigoted, then striving to make them feel safe means enacting racist and bigoted policies.

I don't think it is who gave the opinion that matters, more the actual contents of said opinion. I don't care who you are or how smart you are if your "opinion" is a load of crap.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
