Doing things that bring discomfort builds willpower. Willpower is like a muscle, you have to exercise it.

Too lazy to stay healthy, also was dealing with somme mental health issues and lost all of my friends cause I kind of became reclusive. I'm all better now but I have no friends and did absolutely nothing fun for an entire year.

To high jack your comment, how do you dance at the club?

Calm seas don't make a good sailor. A boat is safest in the harbor, but that's not what they are made for. You only gain confidence once you are done doing what you are scared of.

If it makes you feel any better I chose to fuck up my first 2 years of college so far socially and lifting wise.

My dorm is set up like this: I share 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a common room with my 3 roommates, the only thing we share on the floor is the hallway.

I try to focus on myself, working out, academics, and maybe some hobbies, but it's still soooooo boring unless there's people to share it with.

That's definitely true, last year I was forced to interact with everyone on my floor and I made a few friends, this year I barely know anyone on my floor. But how do I put myself into those situations?

y’all to people in class. lol my phone corrects "talk" to "y'all" too! My school is veeeeeery large and half my classes are basically online and the other are half online so it's extremely hard to meet people that way, I have to show up to class a grand total of 2-4 hours a week.

I’ve been struggling a lot lately, I am far with not too much muscle, I’ve always heard that if I don’t have a carb intake, I won’t have enough energy for my workouts?

I used to act EXACTLY like you, then I did the following Cut out the weed, cigarettes, and alcohol. The weed will be hard to do and you will be much more bored in your life but it will be worth it. When I cut out nicotine, I realized that nicotine just made me feel depressed for a few minutes when I inhaled it, it never made me feel good except at the beginning of my addiction. Alcohol will numb your senses but the hangover and the reliance to it is not worth the cost or the effort. Only drink s…

Hi, I am upvoter #1000 and it is my birthday! I've found that talking slower, and less often make you come across as more mysterious, intelligent, and masculine and really makes girls, and guys want to be with you more.

It's not that I'm disagreeing, it's just that I've never heard that before. I know for colleges people say Arizona has attractive residents.

L.A. is known for attractive residents? Huh I’ve never heard that. Maybe cause there’s just so many residents. And modeling agencies I guess.

After taking 5000 UI for about 6 months or a year I brought my D3 to the low end of the healthy range. I think like 33 units of something. I am very light skinned but I am half Arab so I probably will tan well when I try. My brother was very white like me but now he has very olive skin so I'm going to try tanning and if I get burnt then I won't go out there for as long. I think I'm just afraid to take my shirt off cause I'm fat

I've had many panic attacks since one specific incident when I was like 10. Quite a few family members have suffered from anxiety. Weed caused the panic attack that caused my severe anxiety the last 7 months. I was really high, tired, and around people that made me uncomfortable. I just went for a walk and curled up with a pillow while shaking violently I was so scared and just wanted this drug out of my body. I have felt much better on the days when I exercised and will continue to try to do it…

So I should probably stop taking the vitamin d and instead just... say tan at the pool while reading a book? I should still wear sunscreen right?

I am a very slow reader and a busy student sorry. Could you just highlight a few of the points. Also some people are saying that vitamin d pills can cause other complications involving calcium. Should I get most of my vitamin d from the sun?

Should I get more sunlight for the vitamin d? So you’re saying to take all these other vitamins instead of one multivitamin? Can I use a Brit’s filter or should I just drink bottled water?

Find what makes you happy and pursue it. Don’t give up on what makes you happy. Also trade schools can give you a very nice career and their in high demand.

I find Christianity very comforting in terms of afterlife and Jesus’s teachings very good in terms of making your life goal to become the best you by helping those around you. Try studying some religious teachings and adopting them into your life slowly. I love studying Christian and Buddhist teachings. They bring peace into my life.

Do you know how Google works? You type in, for example, "Dale Carnegie" and then click on any link and see that your comment is wrong. He started off a poor Missouri farmer who worked very hard and woke up at 3 A.M. every morning. After college he became a salesman, a successful one at that. To be a salesman you have to really learn how to, for example, "win friends and influence people". Then he saved up money went to New York where he became a failed actor. He began teaching public speaking, h…

I saw a very good Tupac quote, “You can spend minutes, hours, days, weeks, or even months over-analyzing a situation; trying to put the pieces together, justifying what could've, would've happened... or you can just leave the pieces on the floor and move the fuck on.” The best time to act is right now, it doesn't matte what happened in the past, the past is for learning, the present is for action, the future is for reaping the rewards of the present.

Not that Red Pilled but I would think if you walked right up to her and said something to her instead of the group it would show a lot of confidence.
